'Do not book this property! It ruined our stay in Barcelona. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Day 2 & 3, we went to the office, voiced our concerns and asked to speak with a manager. Ultimately, we were told to “send an email with issues”. We did and included pictures. 15 hours before our departure, the “fix” was to re-clean the apartment…Too little, too late.
