'Het huisje is een studio met groot bed , keuken en eettafel in dezelfde ruimte. Het is compleet en van voldoende gemakken voorzien., incl werkende airco. De toegang is over een vreemd terrein, het pad glooit weing, maar bevat enkele zeer scherpe bochten. Zowel aan de straat als bij het huisje zijn zware ijzeren hekken. Mooi terras, wel maatregelen nemen tegen muggen.'
