Aventura - 3 slaapkamer onlangs gerenoveerd strand appartement

Aventura is een nieuw gerenoveerd appartement aan het strand met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers - de grootste slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een bad, de tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, een eigen ingang en een eigen badkamer. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat, een blender, een magnetron en een broodrooster. De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank en een open haard (breng eigen hout of vuur logs). Andere voorzieningen zijn WiFi internet en Vonage Phone Service, centrale A / C, satelliet-tv, ingebouwde houtskool barbecue, een terras aan het strand met meubels en garage voor twee auto's. Eigenaar vraagt niet roken binnen en geen huisdieren. Lakens en een set handdoeken zijn aanwezig. 2 nachten minimaal tijdens de week; Minimaal 3 nachten in het weekend in maart, april, mei, juni en oktober en alle feestdagen

We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.

No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.

Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.

It is an older property and could use some maintenance done. The shower head in the master bedroom bath needs to be replaced.
