Luxe hotels in Santa Ana

'Check in was subpar. No hotel information was offered. The vent in our bathroom was really dirty. The walls were very thin. The man in the adjacent room woke us at 4:30a because he was fighting via speaker phone with his girlfriend. I tried calling the front desk to have them address the situation. It took 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. '

'The location is amazing but there was huge construction and I am not sure why we have to pay resort fees since there is no resort amenities with construction going on You have to pay for parking your car '

'Mooi hotel met veel leuke extra's. Goede bedden en ruime kamers. Ligt op goede afstand van Laguna beach en newport beach. En Disney. Los angeles is wel wat ver, minstens een uur en een kwartier'

'Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente...

'My special needs son and I had the best stay at the Waterfront Beach Resort. I loved the easy access to the beach and the view from the pool, he loved being able to wander wherever he wanted and do his own thing. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was absolutely fantastic! Staff was super friendly and took initiative, anticipating needs. We will definitely return!'

'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '
