Charmant San Roque Cottage op loopafstand van alles

Ervaar de typische wijk Santa Barbara. Het huis werd gebouwd in 1930 en is uitgebreid gerenoveerd, inclusief de badkamers en de keuken. De woonkamer is comfortabel en goed ingericht en voorzien van een 70 "diagonale Sony TV, surround sound, Basic Cable, Apple TV, Netflix, HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video en een BluRay / DVD-speler. Er is wifi en internet. Alle 3 slaapkamers zijn groot, luchtig en vol licht. De keuken is nieuw met roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten toppen. De serre verbonden met de keuken is de plek om rond te hangen met zijn Franse deuren (3) en 4 grote ramen. Off the Sunroom is een redwood dek w / paraplu.

De plaatsen om naartoe te lopen zijn behoorlijk indrukwekkend en omvatten 2 supermarkten, een Trader Joe's, 3 sushi-bars, 3 Italiaanse plaatsen, verschillende Mexicaanse plaatsen, waaronder Los Agaves, de beste in SB, een paar nieuwe California Cuisine uitstekende eetgelegenheden, een CVS, 4 (tenminste) nagelsalons, boekhandel (gedrukte boeken), Santa Barbara Municipal Golf Course, 3 ontbijtplaatsen, een paar bakkerijen, verschillende bars, 2 Thaise restaurants, 3 pizzabewijzen (inclusief Marty's-The Best in SB), Harry's Plaza Cafe, The Tee Off (het beste steakhouse / bar van SB), 2 stomerijen, The Golf Klub, een ontspanningsstation van Evan voor betaalbare massages - voet, rug en stoel, een koffieboon en theeblaadje, een Indiaas restaurant met een geweldig lunchbuffet onder andere, benzinestations, slijterijen, een Bev-Mo, gemakswinkels, en zo verder ... dit alles op een paar blokken van onze rustige buurt.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben een klein en apart huisje aan de achterzijde van het pand, waar we verblijven terwijl u onze gasten bent in het hoofdgebouw. We bezetten de carport die aan onze unit is bevestigd, en ook een ver achterterras. Er is toegang tot de vrijstaande wasserette. We gebruiken de oprit om toegang te krijgen tot onze unit en carport. Parkeren op straat is direct beschikbaar.

Great Family Stay

Our family of 6 was in Santa Barbara for a family wedding. This was a perfect house and location for us. Fabulous Family Gathering

We travel from Wisconsin to Santa Barbara during the winter, in retirement. We come to Santa Barbara to connect with a daughter and her husband who live in LA. For us Santa Barbara is about family, beautiful winter weather, healthy food, and exercise. Two weeks in this lovely family home, gathering with some of our family members, sent us home refreshed and happy. We enjoyed cooking and eating together. Two daughters worked remotely while we were together. This was the best house for our family in 16 winter visits to Santa Barbara. It nicely accommodated six adults so that we could enjoy each other and still have private space to work, rest, cook, eat together, etc. We loved this house.

A perfect stay at this VRBO. It is truly a gem! When you arrive you will immediately notice the beautiful architecture of the house and welcoming front yard. Rodney was simply amazing! Very kind and informative. Neighborhood is fantastic for an evening walk if so inclined and the property was immaculate. Very quiet neighborhood but so close to everything. Home away from home!

We could not have asked for a more comfortable, clean, and charming place to stay for our son's graduation weekend! Rodney (and his adorable little dog) met us upon arrival and showed us around the house, giving us some history of the neighborhood and making us feel very welcome. The house had everything we needed (and more) for our family of 5 adults to feel at home- well stocked kitchen, pillows and blankets for lounging on the couches, books galore, and, most importantly, a peaceful atmosphere. Everything we needed outside of the house (stores, etc) were close and easy to get to, and the neighborhood is just beautiful! Our only regret is that since our son is graduating we won't be needing to stay here again ;) Thank you, Rodney & Cindy, for sharing your lovely home with us and making our special weekend even more enjoyable :)

This is one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve experienced. The home itself is spacious and remodeled. It is also spotless and in an established, safe neighborhood. There is plenty of on street parking. Communication with the owner was easy and he was always responsive. A great home base for exploring Santa Barbara. Highly recommended.
