De Luxury Seaside Getaway wordt gedaan in de Provence-stijl met hand gegoten gips, faux pijn, 10 voet gewelfde plafonds en met de hand geselecteerde antiek waardoor het zowel een romantisch als Europees gevoel krijgt. Een weerspiegeling van de charme van vroeger.

De keuken is een droom voor chef-koks, volledig uitgerust met een wolfornuis, een koelkast onder nul, granieten aanrecht en op maat gemaakte PJ Mulligan kasten in hun seafoam groen, een lokale kleur van het Santa Barbara-gebied.

De badkamer is onberispelijk met kalksteen overal en grote douche voor 2 met ongelooflijke dubbele douchekoppen. Het heeft ook een apart bubbelbad dat zit onder een prachtig stuk met steen gesneden kunst - het meisje - om in te ontspannen na een dag op het strand.

De warme woonkamer biedt een 36 "HD-tv. Het kijkt ook uit op een grote omheinde binnenplaats compleet met Italiaanse fontein, ligstoelen, tafel en stoelen en gasgrill. Geniet van de Californische zon tussen de wandelingen naar het strand en de stad.

En de slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed.

Onze Seaside Getaway bevindt zich op de meest gewilde locatie in Santa Barbara, 2 blokken van het strand, het openbare zwembad van Las Banos, Stearns Wharf, de haven, restaurants van wereldklasse en winkels in de binnenstad, inclusief onze eigen lokale boerenmarkt. Great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a short walk across the train tracks to State street, and just a few blocks from the ocean and the wonderful public pool. Check in instructions and parking were easy, and because this place is managed together with other units in the same building, communications with management was super fast and responsive. My only nits are that the living room/kitchen area are a little dark (but the bedroom is very sunny), and there was not a great place to put the pack n play management conveniently provided. The living room area felt a little overstuffed with a full size couch and two armchairs for this one bedroom rental, and since the bedroom was cozy, there also wasn't really anyplace to put our two carry-on suitcases. These are minor issues and I would still recommend this place!

Perfect space for 2 in Santa Barbara

This condo was very clean and comfortable with a high end kitchen! Champagne was a great touch! Location is tough to beat as we were able to walk to almost everythign we did and the provided parking spot was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Santa Barbara.

Great spot if you want to be close to the funk zone and State Street. The apartment is clean, and safe, and has space for one car to park. The kitchen is nice but if you want to cook, bring a sharp knife because everything in the drawer is dull. Otherwise I highly recommend it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo. Its prime location was the standout feature, situated just a short stroll from both the beach and a variety of delectable restaurants. The condo itself was a delightful blend of modern comfort and timeless Spanish style design. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warmth of Mediterranean-inspired decor and an elegant yet cozy ambiance. The kitchen, equipped with upgraded appliances, and the spacious countertops. However, there were no patio door curtains for privacy when hanging out on the couch. Also, at times it felt a little stuffy and warm because there were no ceiling fans or portable fans in the common area. We did leave windows open but it still felt a little warm. Overall, this condo offered the perfect blend of location, design, and modern amenities, making it great vacation experience. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Vacation getaway in Santa Barbara.

My wife and I stayed at the property for a mid-week vacation break. Beautiful, well appointed unit. Assigned parking spot at the back of the condo complex. Private patio with a gas bbq (perfect for an outdoor dinner or two). Short walk to W. Cabrillo Blvd, West Beach, Stearns Wharf and lots of great restaurants. Downtown is easily accessible by walking as well. No problems at all with our stay. Host was quick to respond to messaging. Nice bottle of bubbly as an arrival gift. We would definitely stay again.

Luxury is the right description!

When you arrive, you have an assigned spot in parking lot with security cameras. You are only a few steps from your condo, which is behind security gates. Once inside you get a strong Mediterranean vibe. Entire space has beautiful floor tiling. Living area has a comfy couch and modestly sized TV. Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, and old-world Mediterranean cabinetry, Wolf range/oven, SubZero fridge, and a nice modern dishwasher. Glassware, plates, bowls, and service ware are very nice and plentiful. If you want to cook, all the tools you need are available. Dual-paned Milgard windows throughout. Wi-Fi works really well. Off the living area is a private courtyard, with lounge chairs, patio seating, a BBQ and a nice water feature, along with a security gate for easier access to a short walk to the beach. Moving to the bathroom, gorgeous! The floor tile is carried up the walls, and above the jacuzzi tub is a beautiful stone relief as a focal point. The shower is spacious with two rainfall heads and controls, with plenty of room for two people. The same granite counter tops and cabinetry as the kitchen are found here as well. The bedroom is rather plain, but efficient. There is a king bed with a very high-quality memory foam mattress, which was very comfortable. There is ample storage space in the closet with a bureau. We experienced no problems at all. The owner is VERY quick to respond if you message her through the app. This was a joy!
