Mooie Montecito Beach Home, dicht bij Butterfly / East Beach

Dit prachtige Montecito strandhuis met 4 slaapkamers en 3 1/2 badkamers ligt dicht bij alles wat Montecito en Santa Barbara te bieden hebben. Op de perfecte locatie voor een familiebijeenkomst, deze vakantiewoning ligt op loopafstand van Butterfly Beach (1/2 mijl) en net op de weg van East Beach (minder dan een mijl). Loop, fiets of maak een korte rit naar Coast Village Road met vele luxe winkels en goede restaurants. Downtown Santa Barbara en de Funk Zone met zijn vele wijnproeflokalen, brouwerijen en restaurants liggen ook op minder dan 5 minuten rijden.

Het huis is groot genoeg om 10 in bedden te slapen en biedt plaats aan een paar extra kinderen op de vloer. U kunt heerlijk ontspannen in de ruime woonkamer of een spelletje tafeltennis of pool spelen in de speelkamer. Om thuis te dineren, is de keuken de droom van een chef-kok met granieten toonbanken en roestvrijstalen apparaten. De grote eettafel is perfect voor het verzamelen van de familie voor een maaltijd. En met de prachtige milde temperaturen van Santa Barbara het hele jaar door, biedt de buitenruimte een mooie patio met een ingebouwde grill en open haard. Bekijk de koi vissen zwemmen kopen in de vijver of neem een ontspannende duik in het bubbelbad om aan het einde van de dag tot rust te komen. Montecito Getaway House

Great home great location. Well stocked kitchen and the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Butterfly Beach and the electric bikes were great!

Gorgeous House and Location

Beautifully remodeled and decorated home in a fantastic location! Playful and bright spaces outfitted with an abundance of quality products and furnishings. Outdoor space is perfect for gatherings, also. Steps to the scenic path to Butterfly Beach and walkable to town. Our family and friends loved the comfortable and stylish home in the midst of lovely Montecito!

Best property we have stayed in!

This property was a wonderful stay! Kitchen was well stocked, TV’s, comfy furniture and beds, plenty of linens and towels. The lush landscape was beautiful and water features on the property were lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Our dog played on the front lawn and our car was safely garaged at night. Everything in the home worked properly and the management team could not be more accommodating and helpful. The WiFi was great and audio system throughout home was awesome as we love music. The location is so close to the ocean, offering great morning walks around the neighborhood. We would return to this property and stay again. Montecito is a great little town with shopping, restaurants and friendly people!

Family Vacation

There were 9 of us with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of equipment and dishes. I received quick email responses to my questions from the realty company that handles the house. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. We ate all our dinners outside under the umbrella table. Downstairs bedroom’s bathroom was very small.

Good Stay at Channel House

Our overall impression is positive. Plenty of room for ten people. Kitchen is well equipped. Yard landscaping is beautiful. The following comments are not complaints, but suggestions to consider in order to make for a better stay. My wife and I chose to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. The two extra mattresses came in handy. One comment about upstairs: the swinging doors between the master bedroom and bathroom don't provide much privacy. The downstairs bedroom needs a dresser with drawers to handle a weeks worth of clothes. Toilet paper holder in bathroom needed tightening: I fixed it but should be checked. Sink didn't drain well until I pulled the stopper up with fingers. Should be checked. Put a comfy chair and the standing lamp from garage in the corner nook of bedroom. Not enough light to read using bedside lamps. Found decent ones that don't match in the garage. The shower floor is dangerously slippery, esp. for older folks. We thought the house had a water softener, but one of the service fellows said no. I asked him what the noisy water apparatus was on the outside wall. Fellow said he didn't know. At any rate, water would start gurgling through it at 6:15 a.m. Suggest adjusting timer. The gardeners started mowing and blowing before 9 a.m. on Friday morning. Suggest they do other chores and wait 'til 9 to start their engines. Bicycles in such disrepair they were un-rideable. But fixed promptly when requested. Respectfully, JfRi

Family Getaway

We had a family getaway over Memorial Day weekend and stayed in two homes. This house was large and spacious and gave us plenty of room for full family dinners, drinks outside and gathering. The house is lovely and has easy access to everything Santa Barbara offers.

Great family get away

Super nice quality place to stay.. Our whole family really enjoyed this Montecito home. It was super clean, safe and beautiful. We had no problems and the location is excellent with walkable access to the beach and quick driving access to shopping, zoo, wharf and breakwater locations. The yard was private with a nice jacuzzi and beautiful koi pond. We had a great time and would highly recommend this rental property.

Fantastic Location

Loved our stay. The location is quiet and perfect if you want to pop to the beach or into Santa Barbara, but just removed enough to feel secluded and special. The house is well laid out and comfortable. Communication with management was exceptional. We did have several people in our party with animal hair allergies and they did experience some reactions. We did find animal hair around, so maybe it was just an off day for the cleaners.

Fantastic Location in Montecito

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this home. Check in and communication with the property managers, especially Viki and Lydia from VROSB was very smooth and I appreciated their assistance while we were there. The house is perfectly located near Butterfly Beach and close to Montecito Village and was well stocked and appointed. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful space with a magical yard

What a gorgeous property!! We loved sitting outside and listening to the fountain, seeing the fish, cooking on the grill, and the kitchen was spectacular for preparing big family dinners — awesome inventory of tools and everything nicely organized. Beds were comfy, house was pristine, pool table and ping-pong were great activities for the kids; and obviously the location is phenomenal. Thanks for a wonderful stay — we felt very lucky to be here!

Montecito stay with family

Great house walking distance to Butterfly beach. Loved the hot tub, ping pong table & spacious master bedroom. Really enjoyed it with adult children. They should add a propane out fireplace or some patio heaters outside so easier to eat dinner outside.

Great location, so much sleeping room

The dog-friendly beach is just a 5 minute walk down a beautiful bike path with amazing landscaping from the Beanie Baby billionaire neighbor. If my sister-in-law had known how much sleeping room was available in this house, she wouldn't have rented her own hotel room. There are teen-sleepable couches in three separate rooms, plus an enormous master walk-in clost that can also host teens. Every amenity was available, except an icemaker -- but the ice trays were all full, so no problem!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room to enjoy time together and time apart. The yard is so relaxing with a waterfall, Koi pond and jacuzzi. Everything was sparkling clean. There is a large kitchen very well equipped and large dinning room to share dinner together. It is a great walk score location to the beach. Short drive to upper or lower village. And the management team was very attentive to make sure our stay was perfect.

Graduation Celebration

We stayed four days in this beautiful property. It is a short walk to Butterfly Beach and the shops and restaurants of Montecito. We were there to celebrate a college graduation and the house was perfect for the six of us. The property managers were very attentive and made check in and check out very easy. We highly recommend the property.

A beautiful, well-appointed home with all the comforts. A short but lovely walk to the beach with bikes, towels and toys provided. Spaces inside and outside for being together or separate. The koi pond is a beautiful feature, however requires eyes on for your little ones all of the time.

Wedding In Montecito

We stayed at the Channel house for our daughter’s wedding. We were able to comfortably host the bridesmaids the day of the wedding for makeup and hair. The house was clean and comfortable for our family . The dishwasher was broken and we reported it, it was not fixed during our visit, which was an inconvenience. We requested and received no discount for the inconvenience. The location is excellent for access to Montecito or Santa Barbara.

Wedding Weekend Stay

This property is breathtaking! It was the perfect place for the bridal party to stay the weekend of my wedding. The huge open kitchen made it wash for group meals and the game room was hit! Loved the hot tub and all the space in each room. Highly recommend this place for big groups
