'Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!'

'This is the most amazing home! Very tastefully decorated but not overly crowded. I have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. From the tea selection ( probably 20 kinds) to the various ways to make your coffee ( pour over, French press, keurig and full pot options) to the spices and kitchen supplies. I believe every kind of spice was in the kitchen and there was a stand mixer and an ice maker. The bathrooms had plenty of towels as well as q-tips, cotton balls and Kleenex. The host was...
