'We stayed over spring break and expected a luxury experience given the price and brand, but the stay was inconsistent. The room had multiple maintenance issues: discolored tile near the toilet, worn mirror trim, a toilet handle that did not flush properly, and a lamp that did not work. The seating area near the door was also cramped and poorly arranged. Housekeeping was unreliable. One day the room was not serviced until mid-afternoon, requiring us to wait. Another day it was not serviced at...
