'Anavo Farm is a magical place to stay. Not only is the rental immaculate and well-equipped, but the owners have paid attention to lots of important details. Unlike other rentals I have stayed in, Anavo Farm has comfortable furniture, lovely decor, free snacks and a bottle of wine--plus, they have all sorts of necessities in the bathroom that travelers might forget at home. It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. 'The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.'
