'Everything was beautiful'

'Everything was so BEAUTIFUL! the staff extremely helpful, the food was excellent, and extremely clean place.'

'The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.'

'We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. For kayaking, jet skis, massages, and restaurants, the host was able to provide some amazing recommendations and was readily available to answer any questions. Alfonso was very kind and...

'The place was perfect for our group of six—beautiful garden, wonderful views, and nice kitchen. Alfonso, the groundskeeper, was extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying in this place!'

'Such a nice piece of property with a great view, amenities and welcoming, attentive grounds keeper. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!!'

'Es un hotel maravilloso, con una vista incomparable, tiene todo lo que necesitas para hospedarte cómodo, tranquilo y seguro. Es ideal para los viajeros que buscan paz, tranquilidad y privacidad. Lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería a hospedarme.'

'Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Had a small issue with the staff charging more at check-in but they quickly corrected it. Other than that, the staff and location were great. The only other small suggestion would be to improve the ac in the rooms. There is ac in the rooms but it doesn’t work well.'

'Exceptional stay at Posada de Don Jose! Posada de Don Jose is an absolutely wonderful hotel. Everything is spotless, exceptionally well cared for, and the staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to stay. A small delicious breakfast is available for a small extra charge and is well worth it. The location is okay: just a 10-minute walk to the town center and about 20 minutes to the ferry docks. Tuk-tuks pass by frequently...

'La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable'

'Better have good legs to go up to restaurant and in general depending what room you get. Food was great. The View was amazing with excellent staff. Also if you are getting away from the noise. This is the place'

'No problem with the people but the hotel itself needs help.'
