'Mooi hotel. Zeer huiselijk.'

'Uitstekend'

Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Echt een aanrader. '

'At times the staff seemed inexperienced for the environment.'

'Geweldige dagen in mooi klein hotel.

'The property was in an ideal location and the rooms were beautifully appointed. Camille, and the entire staff, went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. As it happened, my birthday fell on a day we were there and to our surprise, Camille had the chef in the kitchen bake a chocolate cake for me for my birthday as well as a nice bottle of wine. We celebrated….absolutely something we’ve never run into before. It was a lovely stay…the only two items I would give just a “C” rating...

'Overall, the hotel’s location was beautiful, and most things went smoothly. However, two issues seriously impacted our experience. First, we found the breakfast hours to be a bit too restrictive (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM). On one morning, I went to get a coffee at exactly 10:31 AM. Even though it was just one minute past the deadline, the staff member refused to serve me and had already turned off the machine. While I understand rules, a little more flexibility and hospitality for a cup of coffee...

'A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and a great restaurant. Lots of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. '

'Another consistently excellent stay at The Residence. Super attention to detail. Rooms are excellent, the private pool is lovely, staff are attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Wonderful housekeeping lady and we feel safe and well looked after. Only request would be to have beach beds included or at a reduced rate for residents! '

'Beautiful and chic boutique hotel. The staff are extraordinary, Breakfast on the terrace every morning was an absolute dream - the view! If you’re looking for a hotel with a lot of amenities (pool, gym etc.) this is not the place for you, but if you’re looking for quality and high end customer service while relaxing, look no further.'

'fijne communicatie van personeel goede schoonmaak kom zeker terug '
