Relaxing beach stay
My friends and I had a great time celebrating our birthdays at the Palisades Cottage. I think the pictures don't do it justice. It's spacious, but cozy, and the backyard was a great space to hang out and grill up some dinner. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach, and some good bird watching, too! Very pleasant stay overall.

Great Location!
Such a lovely home with plenty of space for our family during our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet location and on a cul-de-sac. Easy and short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

The electricity was cut off and the management did not even try to ease the situation and we had to spend a lot of money to rent a hotel since the heat was electric and no hot water either

Pleasant Stay in Pleasant Point Cottage
We enjoyed the property and it's location very much. It suited our five family members very well. The only things the owners might want to give some attention to (and these are very minor): The carpet in the master bathroom is a bit too thick to allow opening the door when it is on the floor. Some kitchen utensils and dish ware are limited for a family of five. None of these items distracted from our appreciation of this fine home where we enjoyed a lovely Christmas vacation.

Great trip.
House is on a dead end street, which was very safe for the kids to ride scooters. The walk to Moran Lake Beach is not too far. Walking on East Cliff is also a fun walk. House was nicely furnished and kitchen has enough stuff for cooking, but it is very small. Bathrooms look like they have been recently remodeled. Main bath shower and toilet area is very narrow. Backyard is nice, but gravel, no grass. We went Boardwalk, about a 15 minute drive. We would stay again.

Family getaway
The house listing was accurate. Great location. My son and I took a walk in the mornings & many coffee shops are within walking distance. We felt safe walking through the neighborhood. It would be nice if there were ceiling fans as it doe get a little stuffy even with the windows open. There was one portable fan but would prefer one in each bedroom. We loved the pool table. The beach chairs and ice chest available in the backyard could use a little cleaning. Overall we had a great time and would rent again.

Really Enjoyed our stay! Place was cute and clean and in a great location!
My family and I loved the house. There was plenty of room for all. We loved the yard too and the fireplace out back. The only thing I would recommend for future rentals would be getting an actual bed for the 3rd bedroom, my Mom in law is 76 and the futon was not comfortable. There also needs to be more blankets at the house. There were times my family was cold and night and there were no more blankets available.

Easter Vacation
Lovely home in a nice neighborhood quieter than we had expected😊 beautiful yard with ample space for barbecuing or entertaining. Plenty of amenities, including dishes, towels, extra bedding. May want to check some of the outlets in the rooms were not working sufficiently to charge anything. We would love to return in the future

Great Family House
This home was a great fit for our family (5 adults, 1 child, 1 chihuahua). The location was good for going north and south on Hwy 1 for our activities: Ano Nuevo, Montery Aquarium and family in Watsonville. Very quiet location at the end of a block. Host was very responsive to any questions before we traveled. It was easy to access to the property and the house was very clean when we arrived. We also enjoyed the yard when the sun came out.

Christmas Getaway
My family and I spent Christmas at the Pleasure Point home. It was very cozy and comfortable. Amazingly, the house is even nicer than the photos show. The backyard was lovely with a deck and fire table. Our 2 doggies loved the room to run around in the backyard, and the easy, short walk to the beach. I would definitely return again!

Great location
This property was tucked away near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, but close enough to walk to the beach. The house itself was clean and spacious and the backyard was beautiful. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager was immediately responsive to one small issue we had (that turned out to be insignificant). Beautiful place.

Great stay and just one minor repair
Overall, our stay was great. There was one chair that had a loose-fitting leg which could be a danger to somebody sitting in it. I fortunately was able to repair by just tightening some bolts. I checked all leg bolts besides the one that was loose.

Great location. Quiet area of Santa Cruz
Our first experience using app. We are originally from Santa Cruz but have all moved away. House was extremely family friendly. We walked to local beaches. Only used car to visit Henry Cowell. Wonderfully stocked home with lovely outdoor space with fire pit and grill. Pool table was a hit.

Great place/location
Loved the house and yard! Games and pool table were a big hit. Nice easy walk to the beach and close drive to dining and shopping. My dog didn’t love all the rocks in the backyard but not a big deal. We were able to get four cars in the great big driveway which was great because parking on the street was a little strange.

Santa Cruz home
We enjoyed the home it was comfortable and large enough for 8 adults. It had Queen beds in 3 rooms and a king in the master and 2 1/2 baths so it worked out well for our family and our dogs were comfortable in the large back yard.

The house was wonderful, it had the right amount of space for our group of 5 and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes or to the nearby restaurants and bars in 20 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet & beautiful.

Property was in a nice neighborhood, walkable distance from the beach. The property was not very clean. The rooms smelled like mold and all our towels smelled like mold. The washer was very moldy and that's probably why the towels smelled like it making the room smell like it as well.

Beach Vacation with our Fur Babies
This is a great location with a safe yard for dogs. We would stay here again. Bathrooms were very clean! We gave the property manager a list of things that were issues, and they responded within 24 hours that they would follow up. Landscape could use some help, as well as the deck and patio furniture. Comforters were not clean and there were no blankets.

Not what I expected
Unfortunately the house was not very clean. The oven did t work and when I called it in they took the information but we weren’t expecting it to get fixed. The bed in the pool table room is terrible we had to buy a pillow top so we could sleep. It really needs to be de cluttered then it might be more appealing. We did love the decks out back.

Excellent property
This house is in an ideal location at dead end of street and only a few minute walk away from nearest beach. Plenty of space for 10 people. Great back yard for summer bbq and dining, and pool table. We could not have found a better home for our stay.

Enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz
The house is clean and well located in a quiet neighborhood near Pleasure Point. Easy to walk or bike to local beaches, restaurants and stores, plus Capitola. Pool table was fun, and large yard/ BBQ makes it inviting to hang out outside. Exterior of house and landscaping could use some TLC. Overall a great weekend in Santa Cruz.

Check in process was smooth and simple. House was nicely cleaned and prepared. Although we arrived during a brief heatwave and no A/C one the sun went down and the cooler evening breeze kicked in we eventually needed to run the heater at night. Overall, our stay was comfortable and the location was very nice.
