Future guests, Property is right on the water so there is always some ocean air spray on the home. (not mold). The floors are mainly engineered wood. It is maintained consistently. New dishwasher in lower kitchen and new fridge upstairs.

Future Guests, The home is cleaned and sanitized before your stay, as well as, inspected and outdoor patio washed down. If feet turn dirty it is quite possible the outdoor patio and beach were frequented. Water temp has never been an issue and in a large home sleeping many, the group would run out of hot water if the temp was sitting extremely low. The home is stocked each time (and also noted in rental agreement) with 2 tp, 1 paper towel roll and some detergent. If more is needed, there are multiple markets near by. Washing machine and dryer were brand new as of Oct and management was not notified of any user help. (possibly high tech). Wall heaters are 2 years old and if you look way underneath you may see a wire or 2 near the pilot light, as that is how is how they are built. They were both not broken (pilot lights were blown out) and had management been notified, they could have been re lit. In either case, there are back up emergency multiple plug in heaters stored in the home. The fire place is a heating unit in Family Room. (not a wood burning). There are instructions how to turn it on in binder (a simple knob on the side). Dishwasher was white (it is now new stainless steel). It seems that the guest ignored the info binder which also had the local contact number. We also did not receive any notification on VRBO.

Future Guests, The dishwasher was actually not old, rather white but has since been replaced with stainless steel. The fridge upstairs (used as extra in kitchenette) was also white and has since been replaced with stainless steel. The crew keeps an eye on pans etc. and they have been updated again. The kitchen is fully stocked and well open. Knives have been replaced but when tested cut just fine (there are actually a large stock of them to choose from).

Future guests, Please read review immediately before. The fridge shelf on the side had been broken (rest all fine) and crew did best to have it be useful during Covid order. Dishwasher has been replaced to stainless steel (but was working). Recliner is electric and was found to be unplugged. Management did not receive any message on vrbo or local contact number in binder we would have sent any help asap.

Future Guests, The sofa is newer, the recliner does work - it is electric, the guest had moved all the furniture around and unplugged it. Pillows and blankets will be refreshed as they are as needed from the ocean/sun fade. Manager

Future Guests, The deposit gets returned usually within 7 days when the home is left in good order or on auto at 14 days (in this case when it was not left in good order unfortunately and took much time to get the home back to the condition it was in when the guest arrived). Manager
