Deze verhuur biedt de typische surfvakantie in Californië, gelegen in het gewenste Seabright Beach-gebied in het zuidoosten van Santa Cruz; een bruisende, bloeiende kleine strandzone geschikt voor jong en oud!

Deze unit met twee bedden en één badkamer is de onderste verdieping van een duplex. De bovenverdieping wordt ingenomen door de eigenaar van het pand.

Het is gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van de strandpromenade van Santa Cruz, de jachthaven, Seabright Beach en een groot aantal populaire restaurants en coffeeshops.

De Seabright Serenity is gezellig en comfortabel. Het Seabright-gebied is de perfecte locatie om te genieten van alles dat Santa Cruz te bieden heeft, u kunt lopen naar de Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk met attracties, arcade-games, lasergame, minigolf en bowlen. De jachthaven van Santa Cruz ligt ook op loopafstand en biedt verschillende 5-sterrenrestaurants.

We (myself, my sister, and her daughter) enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised and the property management company was thoughtful and attentive. We were visiting family in Santa Cruz and so the property is convenient to all things Santa Cruz and nearby.

Nicely renovated & well-decorated space that is essentially the walkout-basement of a house. Despite being in the lower level, this unit features its own dedicated entrance and courtyard area as well as plenty of daylight windows. Radiant-heated concrete floors keep the unit feeling clean and the bed configuration of 1 queen, 2 twins works great for a family. Spacious living areas feature a table that seats 6-8 and a large, well-appointed kitchen with full-sized gas appliances. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom could use some updating and brighter lighting, but is large and good enough for the essentials. One note for folks with allergies or sensitivities to dust/mold: because of its setup, this lower level space didn’t have the best ventilation, which left the space feeling a little stuffy/musty at times. We tended to keep the door wide open when we were staying in the unit during the day since our visit was during really nice weather. Thanks to the little courtyard buffer and picket fence, that felt totally comfortable and safe to do. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the unit & excellent walkable location. Do yourself a favor and grab a meal or drink at nearby Tramonte Italian Restaurant - incredible service and food!

The home was clean and kitchen had plenty of helpful appliances etc. The only drawback was the heating.it was quite cold. I would recommend more adequate space heaters. We liked the floor plan and simplicity of decor.

Our stay was quick, easy and comfortable. The apartment is on the bottom floor of a two-story house in a residential area. It's a few blocks from the beach, but a short walk to a commercial area, including a coffee shop and what may be the best Italian restaurant in town, La Posta...

The property is in a great location close to all amenities and with a few restaurants and a convenience store just around the corner. It was spacious and comfortable and clean. It did however feel a little tired, particularly the bathroom and the washroom deserves a tidy up and a lick of paint. The TV also needs replacing as there was an issue with the bass.

We stayed in this rental over Memorial Day weekend, it was great. Very accurate to the description and pictures. The property managers were very responsive and helpful during the reservation and check-in process. The location is very nice and walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Would love to stay here again on future visits to Santa Cruz.

Beautiful house, described accurately in the listing. We found everything to be smooth with the keyless entry, and the beds were comfortable. I had worried about booking a summer stay with no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night with some strategic use of the fans (provided in the rental) in the window to bring cool air in. We weren’t there during the day so can’t speak to how cool it was in the heat of the day. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
