'We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is.'

'Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night.
The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive.'

'The hotel itself looks extremely charming once you enter it. The restaurant area and pool are just amazing and really something out of a fantasy.
The rooms however are a bit of an anti-climax. They are small, and very simple. Not cosy at all. Just a different way of decorating it could do a lot to give the same vibes as the hotel garden/pool area.'

'Picture didn’t align with room
Room was sold on to others before we arrived while we booked 3 hrs in advance. Chaos in Booking system.
New room was poor quality
We asked for broom to clean floor ourselves
Bathroom very small
No hot water
Person 5/6 had to sleep on matras on the ground while it is a 6 person room
overpriced for what you get.
Disappointing experience. Never had issues with agoda or hotels.com.'

'Throughout my years of staying at hotels, this hotel particularly stands out from my experience. Parking was a struggle because of limited Space. Checking in caused an unnecessary hassle due to the employees not being able to find my name and information on my stay, something they should’ve been informed of before my arrival. At the first few moments of arrival, we noticed that the bathroom has already contained an unpleasant oder, creating an almost musty-like smell throughout the room. We also...
