'When we, 4 adults with 3 children, arrived, the house was occupied by others. And the owner said she doesn't know abour the ad-article published at expedia.com saying that maybe it would be one by hackers to pick-up the money from my credit card. We had to find another hotel.'

'Great location in Puerto Ayora! Very close to the ferry terminal and proinsular market which had everything we needed. This was the end of our trip and we were thrilled with the huge kitchen and great room for homemade family dinners. We could walk to the Darwin Research Center and the walking trail that leads to Playa Tortuga Bay. Morning coffee on the rooftop was a wonderful way to start the day. '

'The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again.'
