'We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. We waited almost all day before someone came. The guy said he had to take it apart. We said no because the tub said air in lines. He did bleed the lines and it worked for 2 days. Then they came to clean it and when we went to use it that night it was cold. No power to the tub. I emailed Victor and he said to turn the power on,which we did...

'We had a marvelous stay! The property was perfect for our family. We are familiar with the area and chose it because of the location. Arashi beach is less than a mile—my favorite!Victor was a very attentive host. The condo was larger than I expected. The decor was tasteful. We had a small mishap and Victor came through for us! The employees at the guard shack are also helpful! '

'The property was clean, listing shows 2 queen beds. It appears one was a king and one was a full. The countertop seams are pulled up and torn away from previous damage in the kitchen making it feel unsanitary The back patio was not as pictured. No covering shade as shown which makes it very hard to sit outside. There was no table as pictured to sit outside and eat. 'We enjoyed our stay. The house has all amenities we needed. The resort felt safe, with security scanning. With kids it is so nice to stay there. We had a private pool in our back yard and 3 others on the premises. All and all a very great experience of being in Aruba. We're looking forward to go again.'
