'What's bad: 1. We walked into the home with wet floor in the kitchen on on top of the stairs! I'm talking puddles of water. I contacted the host immediately via text asking to send someone to check. The host responded to the text right away but the solution was for us to mop the floor ourselves and keep an eye on any leak.2. One of the bedroom/common area had a split a/c that the remote control was missing. The unit was high up on the wall we couldn't turn it on manually. The room was hot. The...

'Communication with property owner was excellent and very quick. Concerns regarding cleanliness and smell. Pool had algae on bottom so didn’t appear very clean. Flies were a problem in the house. Bunk bed in guest bedrooms were not very sturdy for my teen and blankets are needing to be replaced. No storage for suit case unloading or drawers for clothes. Couch needs to be refreshed as it’s pretty worn. Overall house was ok for my family and we didn’t have any major issues.'

'Great location!! We enjoyed sitting on the deck facing the beach and watching sunrise then turning chairs to watch sunset. Enjoyed being able to take our golden retriever with us !! We could easily walk to the beach and drive to the the beach on park on it. I will definitely come back!!'

'Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!'
