Solemar Sicilia Maison Brigitte

Maison Brigitte is a two room apartment renovated just this year (2017). It is located on the second floor of a house perfectly situated right on main street in Santa Flavia. This holiday rental has a wonderful view of the sea, and not only do you get to enjoy a private balcony where you can have breakfast and relax, you also have access to the rooftop terrace (shared with the Casa Colibri apartment) equipped with a barbecue as well as table and chairs. Maison Brigitte has a bright and well lit interior (facing south) and has decorative touches ranging from the Sicilian Baroque to modern Paris and Berlin. The beach is a mere one kilometer away, and the train station is 300 meters from your door.



You have access to all areas of the apartment: Living room with sofa, fan, central heating, fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, etc.), bar counter, and DISHWASHER! Bedroom, air conditioning, central heating, TV (satellite TV and Netflix) Fiber optic Wi Fi (100 MB download speed) Bathroom with large shower, heating, hairdryer, washing machine Balcony with chairs, table, and sea view Large roof terrace with sea view, lounge chairs, table, and barbecue (this space is shared with guests of another apartment).

From Maison Brigitte you can easily reach Cefalù (45 minutes by train) and Palermo (just 15 minutes). In the surrounding neighborhoods you will find bars and cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the precious community garden done in the liberty style.

To reach my apartment, simply walk down the main road in Santa Flavia. If you're coming from the airport, take the bus to Palermo Centrale and then the train to Santa Flavia. PLEASE NOTE: On the Trenitalia website, you must enter Solunto (unfortunately, this little bug has been around for years). If you're coming from elsewhere and have a car, I recommend exiting the highway at Casteldaccia. Take the SS 113 towards Palermo and after about 3 km, you'll see signs to the right for Santa Flavia. If you'd like to get around by bicycle (which is definitely recommended), I can help you rent one (even electric ones).
