'Prior to arriving in Rome we had messaged the property several times in an attempt to obtain the code to get into the property with no response. After arriving in Rome, and making our way from the train station to the property we reached out to Expedia for assistance as we still had not heard anything back from the property. 'It was completely not what I expected compare to what I selected for the room from the picture. It’s got a giant hot tub and a sauna which I did not ask for or wanna use. I had to sleep on a Murphy bed. The useable space is small, with small trash can and no place to put your stuff. At lease the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is small and simple. The location is good. Love the AC'

'The location is great for seeing the historical sites such as Pompeii and Herculean. The property is in the centre of town and close to restaurants etc but not noisy. Breakfast is freshly prepared with real attention to detail and all very fresh. We cannot say how kind and helpful Vincenzo and his wife were showing such pride in their hotel and so attentive.'
