It is strictly forbidden to access the building with anyone that has not been registered before the check-in and exceeds the maximum allowed.
Every guest must show an ID at the lobby when checking in.
It`s important not to grant access to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or breakdown, please let us know as soon as possible.
One complimentary jacuzzi fill is included with your stay. If you would like the jacuzzi refilled, additional fills can be arranged for a fee of $50 USD each.
