'This was such an amazing find! I was worried that I wouldn't find a place with all the comforts of home because it was a last minute book and it was during the Guelaguetza Festival in Oaxaca. 'The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property manager checked on us daily through WhatsApp to ensure all was ok. The housekeeper came daily to clean and was very thorough and responsive. Great rooftop terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!'

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
