This 155-acre, master-planned resort community is a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature trails, just a short bike ride from the area’s famous sugar-white sand beaches. Conveniently located near dining, shopping, and fitness options at WaterColor Crossing (including a Publix), NatureWalk enhances every vacation experience.
At the heart of NatureWalk is The Gathering Place, a vacationer’s paradise with 2 pools (one heated), hot tubs, fire pits, an entertaining bar, and a children’s playground. Less than a mile from the beach and adjacent to the charming village of WaterColor, NatureWalk embodies the laid-back, Southern grace of 30A’s lifestyle.
Across NatureWalk’s welcoming wooden bridge and down Flatwoods Forest Loop, you'll find Seas the Day, a luxurious vacation rental perfect for up to 10 guests. This beautifully updated home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half-bathrooms, along with top-tier amenities like a street-legal 6-seater golf cart, 6 adult bicycles, and baby-friendly features like a crib.
On the first floor, you’ll find a King master suite (ideal for those with mobility issues), a spacious kitchen with premium appliances, and a cozy living room with a large flat-screen HDTV. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs, the Junior King Master Suite, King Guest Bedroom, Bunk Room with custom-built bunk beds, and Den with a Twin Day Bed and pull-out trundle each have private Smart TVs. The King Guest Bedroom has a private screened-in balcony with two hammocks for relaxing in the Florida sun.
You're just a 5-minute walk from two resort pools (one seasonally heated), a kiddie pool, and a hot tub—perfect for family fun. Plus, The Lily Lane Beach Trail, which leads to the San Juan Avenue beach access (~1 mi), is right at your doorstep. Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) Beach Access, about 500 feet east, offers a parking lot and bathrooms.

Nature Trail:
The Lily Lane Beach Trail (for bikes and walking only) is located across from the "Gathering Place" and leads to San Juan Ave. This wide, compacted trail connects to a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. Limited parking is available at the trailhead.
Beach Access: Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of free public beach on 30A.
- San Juan Avenue beach access (~1 mi) is at the end of The Lilly Lane Beach Trail.
- Scenic 395 Beach Access is also 1.9 mi. away.
- Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) Beach Access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile away, 5-7 minute bike ride to the public beach accesses.
Community Pools:
NatureWalk features a large zero-entry pool, a seasonally-heated lap pool and a shaded kiddie pool, all a 5-minute walk from the home!

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in PROPERTY NAME. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING:

GOLF CART:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
GOLF CART GUIDELINES:
Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license to operate
Observe all speed limits and traffic laws
Golf cart cannot be driven on nature trails, boardwalks, or sidewalks
6-NIGHT MINIMUM:
This home requires a minimum of a 6-night stay.
