Een Seagrove Place Condo, recht in het hart van Seagrove Beach en de beroemde C 30A, ligt op 1,6 km ten oosten van Seaside. De 2 slaapkamers / 2bath appartement is handig voor supermarkten, goede restaurants en winkels.
Een complete renovatie en herinrichting met verse verf en nieuwe stenen vloeren, granieten werkbladen en nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten in de keuken. Het hol is ingericht met een gloednieuwe comfortabele bank en love seat en 2 draaibare gestoffeerde stoelen, samen met een nieuwe 42 'flatscreen T. V. Nieuwe matrassen en beddengoed in de slaapkamers, en een nieuwe slaapbank ruim voldoende voor 6 personen. We’ve stayed at One Seagrove multiple times and it’s so convenient. It can’t get any easier with the beach access and proximity to Seaside. The condo itself was really dirty. Crushed up goldfish under the table, hair along the baseboards of every room, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It really just seemed like they hadn’t gotten it cleaned in a long long time. Yes, there were fresh sheets and towels but that was about it. It definitely needs a deep clean.

Awesome Beach view…..the kitchen really needed cleaning….the dishes I used I run the dishwasher first…I used many wet paper towels wiping off counter tops with left over crumbs, coffee grounds etc. handles on refrigerator, dishwasher etc. the sink really needs soft scrubbing…..I understand a housekeeper has a lot of territory to cover…..I feel for them! Yes, we enjoyed your unit, loved your decor….wish I could find a bowl like the one you have on the table! Sure enjoyed meeting you both….Bill has shared your stories with our children

Place was nice and cozy. The kitchen is small but it was fine for the amount of time we were there. The view was wonderful and it was nice that chairs were provided. The umbrellas didn’t work so we had to rent an umbrella. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced but it was wonderful to have a view of the ocean from the master. The place is nice and in a great location.

Wonderful location

We had a girls trip for the long weekend. The condo was perfect choice for us. The host was very nice and available when contacted. Location right on the beach with a great oceanfront balcony. There were 3 of us so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. The location is great -close to restaurants and grocery store is only few minutes by car. Nice to have the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella’s provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Our week in Seagrove Beach

We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at Mr. Sandman in One Seagrove Place. The condo is beautifully decorated, and our host, Ann, even provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It is convenient to the restaurants we enjoy and to shopping. I would highly recommend.

From the time we walked in, to the time we left, we extremely enjoyed our stay. The condo had an EXCELLENT view, great location and the host was amazing. She was very accommodating and one of the things we liked the most, we didn't HAVE to clean the condo before we left. Of course we did a lot of clean up but I absolutely hate how host charge you a cleaning fee and REQUIRE you do all the cleaning. This place is different. She wants you to be able to not have to worry and just be able to walk out. 10000%%% love! The current lobby is under construction so that was a bit of a bother but it's just part of progress. Next spring it should look fantastic. We will look to stay here again and again.

The kitchen was not the cleanest. The handle on the refrigerator had to be wiped down. I cleaned the stove top. There was dust on the furniture. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work. But The property was nicely decorated with a great view.

Great Views

The best aspects of this property are the views and the updated kitchen. The space is a little tight for 4 people. Renters should know the beaches on either side of the condo have declared themselves private beaches and the beach directly in front of the condo is a very public beach with public access. So, the beach directly in front of the condo is extremely crowded (even in March) while the beaches on either side are vacant. We never received any checkout instructions.
