Dit huisje in Florida ligt dicht bij de spectaculaire stranden van South Walton, de winkels van Gulf Place, kolonies van kunstenaars, eclectische winkels en restaurants van 30A. Dit smaakvol ingerichte, volledig ingerichte huis beschikt over 3 prive-slaapkamers: beneden master met kingsize bed en 2 slaapkamers boven beide met queen size bedden; uittrekbare slaapbank in de kamer; beneden master bad met inloopdouche; 2 volledige baden boven (een met ligbad en inloopdouche) en een half bad beneden. De ruime woon- en eetkamer en open keuken worden overspoeld met natuurlijk licht en ingericht voor ontspanning en comfort. Twee buitenruimtes (veranda en achterterras) zijn ontworpen om een boek te lezen, te grillen of gewoon te ontspannen. TV's met satelliet in de woonkamer en alle 3 slaapkamers; internet; volledig ingerichte keuken; kwaliteit beddengoed; wasmachine en droger kast. Gelegen op slechts een korte wandeling (ongeveer 1/2 mijl) naar een van de meest ongerepte stranden van het gebied met openbare toegang.

Perfect Vacation House!

I would definitely stay at this property again. I highly recommend it. The house was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean. The host was very responsive with answering questions. It’s very rare to find a property with so many Excellent reviews, but this host/house has truly earned them all!

Beautiful Home Close to Beach Fun

Communication prior to the trip and throughout was excellent. Any question that came up was immediately handled. Had assistance in getting a 6-seat golf cart as well. The week was perfect with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach anytime we wanted. On top of that, the shops and restaurants down the street entertained the older kids. Overall, the stay was perfect!

Great Beach house

My family of 5 stayed a week at this beach house and it was wonderful. The place was clean, enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area to visit. And a paved pathway for walks or runs that goes for miles.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We absolutely loved our time in this cottage on 30A! There were four in our group, my husband and myself and our daughter and a friend. We had lots of room to spread out and have our own space. However, I feel like the cottage could easily accommodate six, maybe eight, and still feel roomy. The kitchen was very well appointed, much more so than some houses we have stayed in, and the beds were all very comfortable. We did reach out to the property manager once because we were unable to locate the DVD player. He was quick to respond and delivered one to us in just a couple of hours. We loved being within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful little place

Location and the home were great. Would have liked a table in the back yard to eat meals or have coffee, but not a big deal. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a public beach access. Communication with the owner and property manager was prompt.

LOVED this vacation home! Excellent location close to great restaurants, just down from the beach entrance, great little coffee shop down the way, art gallery and gift shops. Super smooth check-in, check-out procedure. Comfy front porch sitting/coffee sipping and back porch fire pit/wine drinking patio area. Nice towels and bedding. Well-stocked kitchen. Rent a golf-cart for easy beach commute. Would book this place again for sure!

Amazing!

My husband, our three young kids, and I stayed for five nights and it wasn’t long enough, we didn’t want to leave! This was our favorite vacation rental so far. The home had plenty of room and was well furnished, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. We were less than a half mile from Gulf Place where there are shops, restaurants and the beach is across the street. We walked several times and it was very convenient. We hope to stay there again!

Great location and house!

We really enjoyed our week in this area and the cottage was perfect for our family! Easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We were a bit concerned about the house being close to the county hwy but really it was not an issue. Ed Walline Beach, which is actually only around 100yds long for setting up chairs/camp, is family friendly and we always got parking for the golf cart and a front row spot if going early in the morning (7:30-8am). There are private beaches on either side so we were also concerned about this but we set up as close to the boundary line as possible each day and hardly noticed that the beach was fairly packed. The busiest day was Sunday. Note that the private areas only include the dry sand and of course not the water. The house was well stocked with enough cooking hardware and the setup is great for families. I have absolutely no complaints! One thing to note is that the options for grocery stores are up on the divided Hwy so for any major grocery runs you either have to have a car (can’t take a golf cart there) or schedule for a grocery delivery. There are a couple local markets which would serve the basic needs for lunch and housing within easy walking distance. The next time we come to Florida we will be staying in this exact area and this house if available! One note for the local popular restaurant Shunk Gulley. If you plan to eat there with a group you need to arrange for an early supper (5pm), especially if you want to sit on the top level. Great view and food!

This is a really nice property. All the comforts of home. It is within walking distance to the beach. We were able to find parking within a block all 7 days. Lots to do within the area eating shopping beach rentals etc. 30A did not disappoint .

Long Family Trip 2022

My family and I had an amazing time, the house was comfortable and we felt at home. The management team was amazing they were there for us if we needed anything at anytime.
