'Longue Vue' biedt nu een nieuwe golfkar met 6 plaatsen aan! De beste manier om rond de 30A te geraken, boek nu!

Dit huis beschikt over veel natuurlijk licht zodra u de tinten optilt om de ruime woonkamer en de luxe keuken op te fleuren! Geniet van de rijke aardetinten back-splash in de keuken die contrasteert met de slanke schudkasten. Versierd met meerdere houtsoorten en diepe teelstenen, neemt Longue Vue de stijl van het strandhuis en verfijnt het!

Als er meer dan één gezin is voor de reis, hoeft u geen compromis te sluiten! Dit huis heeft twee master suites en twee gemeenschappelijke kamers om de privacy te bieden die u wenst! Wil je koken? Gebruik de grote keuken met basis kookgerei en keukengerei of haal je smaak uit het grillen! Ben je niet in de stemming om te koken? Geen probleem! Dit huis is ook gelegen op slechts een paar minuten rijden met de golfkar van verschillende lokale restaurants en eetgelegenheden! Toegang tot het strand: NatureWalk geniet van een privépad naar het strand. De Lilly Lane Beach Trail in de buurt van 'The Gathering Place' reist door natuurgebieden naar de toegang tot het strand van San Juan Avenue op ongeveer 1,5 km afstand.
Een andere toegang tot het strand, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2. 1 mijl afstand.

Love the neighborhood and houses in it - Have stayed here the past few years. Very convenient to get everywhere we wanted (golf cart is a must) and love the walking paths, bikes, pickleball courts. The house was beautiful but definitely well-worn. Our only complaints were that the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever experienced & that there wasn’t a starter roll of toilet paper or even a spare square to start with. Kitchen wasn’t quite as well appointed with cooking accessories as the other houses we’ve stayed in but it sufficed. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our time at this home.

Our family has rented property on or near 30A for many years but this was our first time to stay at Naturewalk at Seagrove. We were little nervous because this community seemed further from the beach. Our stay at Longue Vue was so comfortable; it felt like home. It turned out to be the most fun and memorable! Each morning our family of 4 rode our bikes to Beachy Bean Coffee through Lilly Lane, a short trail that takes you straight to the beach!! We've stayed at properties closer to the beach, but this was way more fun. We also enjoyed riding on our golf cart to Publix for grocery shopping, Pizza by the Sea for great pizzas, Perfect Pig to celebrate a friend's birthday dinner, Seaside for shopping and eating (plenty of free parking spaces available for golf carts), Pecan Jack's for the best ice cream, and so much more! Oh! The pickleball court and the heated pool in the community was fun as well. We highly recommend Longue Vue.

The layout was perfect and communication was great. Although being on the beach is preferred this was wonderful. We used the golf cart more than I expected because you really didn’t have to go far to get to places you need. It was a great trip.

Description of distance to the beach is misleading. It is easily 1.5 miles on the nature trail. You have to take the golf cart on the street.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property . We had a few issues with the plumbing during our stay but the property manager was on it … they had a plumbing company come out within a hour to make the repair . I did text them about the cleanliness of the home as well , nothing major , so they had their team do a mid week clean for us . The house appeared larger in the pictures . Also seating was an issue in the main living space . It fit us well though . The cart was nice and the home was well stocked with beach chairs and beach toys for kids . We also took advantage of the pickle ball set and had a game or two on the courts in the rear of the subdivision . Beachwalk Properties was amazing and I’ll definitely rent from them again .

We had an awesome stay for my family's Spring Break. The house and neighborhood are absolutely perfect, and the location was much more convenient than I expected it to be. The access to the golf cart really made the trip, and the kids loved it. The house is super close to the pool and basketball courts too, which was great. The only thing to note is that the house doesn't come with anything in it like other rental properties often do -- basic stuff like olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hangers to hang clothes, etc. While its expected to have to stock up on food for the week, having to buy these products is expensive and silly as we're not traveling home with leftover items of this kind. All in all, I highly recommend the home, and we cant wait to go back!

Our trip was the best time, and this house was a huge part of that! If we weren’t at the pool or at the beach, we were at the house hanging out and cooking! The golf cart was a huge plus for us and will now be a must for future vacations to the area! It helped tremendously with our little children! Everything was perfect! We didn’t want to leave and already are planning to come back!!

Our family vacation was very enjoyable! It’s close to the grocery story, a short golf cart ride to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. We enjoyed the space the house provided for us and liked the bike paths. Also, the community pool was perfect for our sons! One area that could use some improvements is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and furniture. They need a good scrubbing! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Our location was great for our busy crew. With our home we had the use of a 6 seat gold cart and 4 bikes. This worked well for my husband to become our driver to and from Everywhere!!! The beach access was about 1 mile away and we could easily ride bikes there or to Watercolor, Seaside or the Publix, only 1/2 mile. Our hone had 4 bedrooms including a bunk room which made our 2 granddaughters overjoyed! The home was comfy, relaxing and had most household items we needed. It was also a short 2 block walk to the pools and playground. We hating leaving. The week was wonderful

Our family of four spent a week at the property, which was very well laid out and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and we quickly established a routine of golf carting into Seaside to the beach. Very close proximity to Publix, which was very convenient. Items we didn’t think to pick up that were not in the rental were extra trash bags, dish and dish washer soap and paper towels (some were left for our use, but we needed more). Adorable community, and this property faces the NatureWalk. Very peaceful in the evening from the front porch and upstairs balcony. Hope to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at Longue Vue in Nature Walk. The house was clean and comfortable. The bikes and golf cart made the distance from the beach accessible and manageable. Several of us also enjoyed biking and running on the trails in Point Washington State Forest which backs up to Nature Walk. Would recommend to friends.

Out stay was awesome! The home was very nice and clean. There are a few maintenance items that we found, but all homes have these. We were missing bedding for the pullout and our coffee pot leaked, but BeachWalk took care of those quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze with the Welcome Portal. This house is quite a ways from the beach, but manageable with the bikes and golf cart. Being that far off 30-A was actually very nice and quiet. If I had one complaint to share it would be the fact you cannot take the golf cart down Lilly Lane(the trail to the beach). This should be more clear in the advertisement so people know what to expect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect in proximity to the pool, the beach, Publix and evening activity. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus with little kiddos. House featured everything we needed and we didn’t feel on top of one another. The grill made for a nice meal one night. Screened in porch was perfect to relax on. Plenty of lounge space inside and outside of the house. Washer/dryer was great for wet suits and towels. Texts about check in were perfectly timed and complete with detail. Check out was simple and easy. We have nothing but wonderful things to say. A wonderful little neighborhood where we never used our car once we arrived. Wish we were back there now!!
