Als u wilt ontspannen op de mooiste stranden in de Verenigde Staten, probeer 'MADE IN DE SCHADUW' in Oude Seagrove Beach. Dit gunstig gelegen, unieke, oude Florida cottage stijl oorspronkelijk gebouwd in de jaren 1940 zal je weg te nemen en laat u genieten van uw vakantie zonder de drukte en het lawaai van andere bestemmingen in de Panhandle gebied van Florida. 3 percelen ten noorden van 30-A, op slechts 5 straten ten oosten van State Road # 395. Dichtbij en gemakkelijk naar Seaside, maar nog steeds ver genoeg. Grote ruimte om fietsen te rijden.

Voorzieningen zijn onder andere - hardhouten vloeren, de tong en groef panelen wanden en plafonds (9 ft.) Gunstige locatie ligt op minder dan 150 meters van een mooie, serene deel van de wereldberoemde Golf kust stranden. Liever dan breng uw kostbare vakantietijd naast baldadig, onachtzaam 'buren', reserve dit mooie, rustige residentie die comfortabel ligt in de schaduw van de prachtige live-eiken.

Alle attracties en activiteiten van de wereld beroemde badplaats zijn slechts een korte fietstocht of lopen. Made in the Shade is een perfecte locatie voor families, vrienden en herinneringen. Loop naar drie community restaurants (723 Whiskey Bravo, The V en The Seagrove Market).

Will definitely book this place again. It was precious, so cozy, nostalgic, and I loved the short walk to the water without being on the busy highway. Property management was extremely responsive. There is minimal parking space, I would not recommend driving anything bigger than full-size SUV. There’s only enough parking for two vehicles. Highly recommend!

Relaxing cottage by the beach

Our family loved staying at this eclectic beach cottage. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s also walkable to restaurants and the seaside shops, which was nice because parking isn’t very easy in seaside. Our favorite place to hang out was on the front porch.

Overall great experience, superb location, super responsive and engaging property mgmt, they made everything very easy. Not your typical "fancy" Seaside digs, but very quaint, authentic and personable - we loved it! Thanks much for a nice, relaxing and fun experience - we will definitely be back. :)

BEWARE!!! Active Demolition on two sides

We arrived and found the house right next door was being actively demolished and the same for buildings across the "street". So loud, and the floor shook. Our trip was Thurs-Monday and with the amount of construction we couldn't even stay. I called the property manager and while she seemed to empathize, they were not amenable to offering my money back and even sent me the fine print. I understand that "inconvenience" due to construction is one thing, but this was an active construction zone that felt unsafe. We left immediately (within 30m) and we were blocked in by a dump truck in that amount of time. I am very disappointed that I booked in October and was never provided an update on the neighborhood (very active construction and Cowgirl Kitchen is gone) and provided an opportunity to change our reservation. We had my 74 year old mother with us and couldn't risk it. So upsetting. We did not stay at the property.

Quaint vintage beach cottage

This is the third time we have stayed at Made in the Shade and we have always loved it. The place was clean and the check in process super easy. It is a charming older home with a wonderful screened in front porch. We have always enjoy the bikes that are provided. However this time three bikes were waiting in the shed that were all rusted…one with the chain off and the other with a flat tire, there was only one bike that was rideable. That was very disappointing, I feel like if you were not going to provide bikes that is one thing but do not have bikes waiting that are not rideable. We could have had bikes set up to be delivered before we got there if we would have known. I did get a quick response from the management company who said that they would try and get them fixed but we never saw anyone and they were never fixed. Overall a great place just ignore the past reviews saying how nice it was that bikes were provided and prepare to pay for your own! This place is nicely set up for a big family. It is across the highway from the beach(short walk) and close to Seaside!

Annual Birthday Celebration

All three of my daughters birthdays are in September, so we decided to start an annual birthday weekend celebration since we love 30A so much. We love this quaint beach house for the character, location, price and all the memories we’ve made there. The only negative is the water pressure and the downstairs shower head didn’t work. Other than that is was perfect and will definitely come again. My girls actually request it every year!

Magical!

We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect home base. The home is adorable and so eclectic and homey. It’s a short walk from the beach but still feels away from the busy-ness. Just two bedrooms so make sure everyone is okay sharing rooms and bathrooms. Can’t wait to come back!

Cute little beach house

It was a cute little house perfect for a short beach vacation! It is a bit of a walk/bike ride from main square which is okay, just a little scary at night with young kids because there are no path lights. The beach is just across the street and a super short walk, and almost completely private even during spring break! The house was clean and had all the essentials! Just bring some extra TP and laundry soap! Thank you for the stay! I would def stay again!

Cute cottage with great location

We loved this cute and eclectic cottage which was just steps to the beach access. Nice to be so close to restaurants, but removed from the congestion of Seaside. Quiet and comfortable. Loads of fun details in the decor, and fabulous screened in porch with hammock and plenty of seating for everyone! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

Girls Trip for Birthdays!

We always like to stay in Seagrove. It’s close enough you can ride bikes to Seaside for brunch, lunch or dinner yet far enough away you feel secluded. It’s peaceful and relaxing and oh that hammock on the front porch! Such a fun trip and we will definitely be back!

Perfect get-away!

This is an adorable little cottage perfectly located close to the beach and several restaurants. The front porch was amazing and we spent every night relaxing and enjoying our vacation there. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach is across 30A but very close- 2 Min walk max- and there is a crosswalk right there. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect location, beautiful porch, lovely home.

We enjoyed a week here with our 3 kids. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a short walk or bike ride away from Seaside. We loved the porch! The kids loved the bunk room. Wish the kitchen was a bit larger and updated, but good for heating up a quick meal. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Charming Cottage in a Nice Location

This cottage was a nice discovery. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, having good restaurants within walking distance, and spending time on the screened porch. The bikes were an unexpected find and we really enjoyed biking around the neighborhood.

Short walk to the beach, no bikes needed.

We are a family of five (17, 12, & 6). We have been to Seaside the last 3 years. Decided not to pay the big bucks with staying "in Seaside proper." This house was better. Kid's room has 2 bunk beds and 1 full sided bed. The den has a pull out coach we did not use. Master bed was super and A/C was super cold!!!! Kitchen works for heating up things, sandwiches and breakfast, but not to prepare a big meal. We are a family that stays on beach from 10am till 4pm. We called and had beach chairs and umbrellas put out each day and it was awesome, super close. Burke's Beach Services. Each night we went to Seaside and ate at the food trucks. Best of both worlds. We will stay here next summer.
