  • Welkom bij de onlangs gerenoveerde golfzijde 2 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers condominium 8 personen en is gelegen in het hart van Seagrove Beach op slechts een steenworp naar het privéstrand langs 30A. | | De begane grond met eigen garage toegang leidt naar boven naar de volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer, eetkamer, 1/2 bad en wasruimte (full size w / d) met uitzicht op het tropische zwembad. De slaapkamers op de 3e verdieping beschikken over een op een spa geïnspireerd hoofdbad met een extra grote regendouchekop, masserende jetsprays en dubbele wastafels. De primaire master suite is ingericht met een nieuwe kingsize matras, compleet met bureau, tv en een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan. De secundaire slaapkamer herbergt een nieuw queensize bed, evenals aparte nieuwe stapelbedden, een inloopkast, TV / DVD en een eigen badkamer. Een extra stapelbed voor kinderen completeert de beschikbare slaapvertrekken, allemaal met op maat gemaakt beddengoed. Op het strand geïnspireerde inrichting is overal in het pand zichtbaar. Reviewer Comments: Our experience started by getting kicked out of EH6 and moved to EH22. EH22 was dirty, beds were old and lumpy, furniture was old and dirty. Cleaning crew you use does a poor job. My impression is Benchmark management doesn't care. After staying at EH for 30+ years, probably will not stay there again. Definitely won't use Benchmark again.

This specific unit was in good shape and very clean. Suggestions for this unit would be ungraded living room furniture. Couch and swivel chairs were “tired” . Couch was a great size. Also could use plug replacements. Hard to keep stuff plugged in. The stairs to bedroom were also steep and have an extra piece of wood to protect front of steps which made it difficult to walk on. Would select another unit next time if available but do love Emerald Hill . Have stayed in 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom . All are nice .

Last year I mentioned that the living room furniture was TIRED. This year it was the same furniture, but it had a sour SMELL while sitting on it. They had removed the balcony furniture outside this year on the main level. That was disappointing. This year the property workers asked my family of 6 MULTIPLE times a day what unit we were in. At the pool they wanted to see a paper or a picture of paper showing proof. Never had this before. If wanting to implement stricter policies on guests' proof, give every guest waterproof bracelets to wear all week. Felt very harassing to be asked all the time. We also missed receiving the bike rental vouchers this year.The house seemed less fresh & not as deeply cleaned as years past. Love the location! Love Seagrove Beach & 30A! I guess I would recommend to a friend, but for the price it needs some spiffing up & the management needs to find a better system for making sure guests are supposed to be there.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of places for kids to sleep. The convenience of how close the beach was unbeatable (especially with children and all their beach stuff). The sand and water are absolutely stunning. We’ll be coming back.

The home is good...the problem was the lack of cleaning. When we walked in we found multiple in-acceptable items including urine on the toilet seat, dirty floors, cabinet and stove were caked in something...trash found in areas that would’ve had to have been inspected to find (under the bed, under couch). Home was fine but not ready for a new stay. Started the week on a bad note for us
