Wonderful location and property
Property was clean overall. Close to the beach...which was great! Umbrella/chairs is a huge plus. Pool was small but seemed nice. Didn't use. Condo...very cute with a nice atmosphere...not a crowded or over decorated feel. Kitchen spacious, but could use a few more items for cooking, storing etc. Otherwise...highly recommend.

Almost perfect
My family and I have stayed at Beachcrest many times over the years and love the convenience of the location, the amazing views, the private beach, and the heated pool! We love Seagrove, and all the other 30A communities are close. 604 is beautifully decorated and the mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics we needed. We discovered the secondary bath had a very slow-draining tub, and this was taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the kitchen/living area floors had been vacuumed but evidently not mopped, so no bare feet during our stay! We asked for someone to mop, but never heard back. The only negative about the condo itself is that there are no drapes or blinds in the beach-facing master bedroom, so no way to control the sun or have a sense of privacy from the balcony. We didn't mind, but might not work for someone else. Perhaps this is in the process of being addressed since there are window coverings on the other window in the living area. Regardless, we had a lovely visit and wouldn't hesitate to stay again as long as there are no cleaning issues and the blinds in the bedroom are installed.

Perfect Seagrove Beach Escape
This apartment was perfect for a beachfront escape! The chair service was amazing and we were so comfortable in the condo overlooking the water! I highly recommend this condo and would love to come back again!

Great, but.
While the condo met our expectations and had an excellent gulf view, we were very disappointed that a “beach condo” did not have their own beach chairs! Pretty cheap move for the price they charge. Can’t afford four $25 chairs!

Fall break
Great location. Rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere. Close to many different places. Seaside, The Hub, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, etc. Pool was a bit small and missed a hot tub for the cooler evenings, but Beach was good. We unfortunately hit during a mild red tide for the last days of our stay, but nothing anyone could do about that. Kitchen could use some updated skillets, and we found washer to be a bit in need of a cleaning. A small vacuum would have been great to pick up extra sand brought in from the beach. Overall, great stay!

Great location and nice condo
We stayed here for five nights with friends. Really enjoyed our stay. We LOVE that a set of chairs and umbrella are included with the stay. Kitchen was adequately stocked. If you want any sort of extra blankets or throw blankets those are lacking so bring some! Overall we would stay here again.

Bare Bones but Nice
We've stayed previously at the Beach Crest so knew what to expect, but this was our first time renting this particular unit. The location is central to everything, love that it's right on the beach and has a pool. The ocean was closed due to rip currents on certain days, so it was very helpful to have a pool to cool off in. I also love how the rental comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs that are set-up daily at 9am. No lugging equipment to the beach. The condo itself was nice. I loved the decor, it had upgraded appliances, and a spectacular view, but it was very bare bones. I prefer renting places that are actually owned by owners so it feels more homey and there are things like spices, foil, trash bags, etc. in the cabinets and other items that are useful to have, like books, games, puzzles, beach toys. Maybe it was emptied due to COVID? The company does provide starter items of the essentials. My biggest complaint is there isn't a single carpet/mat in the place, so it was hard not to track sand into the unit. It would have been nice to at least have a door mat. I swept as much as I could, but it was gross walking around barefoot and having your feet turn black. The condo itself had a few minor issues too like falling apart toilet paper holders, the silverware draw just falls out, not on track anymore, and the sliding screen door kept coming off track. The tub was clogged upon arrival, but maintenance came quickly to resolve that. Unfortunately, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They did have a stand-alone fan in the master bedroom, but it got hot in the other bedroom. We were unable to take advantage of the rental credit that came with the unit through rentgearhere.com. Nothing was available when we inquired about booking during out stay and you couldn't use it for half the stuff since there is already a different vendor on the property. Tropical Storm Fred thwarted our plans and we arrived later in the week, so we didn't book anything prior to our arrival since we didn't know if we were even still coming. I would recommend reserving bikes a month in advance. We rented bikes from the place across the street, which was super convenient, but expensive. Overall it was a lovely stay, but I would book a different unit next time.

Wealthy at check in.
All the floors were wealthy with sand, grit and grime. Especially the bathrooms which is pretty gross. Also I complained to the manager on duty and she blew me off. No attempt was ever made to do any cleaning. I could not go barefoot the whole week inside due to floors being so gross. And we even swept the floors, but they needed scrubbing and moping. Also asked about getting extra towels and I was told to wash the towels I have. I have never been treated like this after spending this much money on a condo. Whatever you do do not go to Beachcrest Condominium at Seagrove Beach. Please spend your money somewhere else. Very dissatisfied and will never go back there. Debbie

Great family trip!
We loved staying in this condo. The location is great. It is updated and very beach. The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better. Tables weren’t wiped down. Besides that it was great. Kitchen was well equipped. The beach chairs also were a plus. We were also very impressed with how well the BEACHCREST employees kept the common areas clean. Would definitely recommend for a family of 4.

Quick trip
Owner allowed us to check in an hour early which helped out tremendously! We were in town for a dinner party and needed to be ready in time. The staff in the condo office were very friendly. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. Hair was left in shower, fingerprints were left on the mirror, sliding door, microwave, wine fridge and refrigerator. Food particles in the sink and sand all over the floor and couch. If we were staying longer than one night, we would’ve had to do a little cleaning first. My only disappointment. It may have been a rushed clean for the cleaners so I’m not complaining but pointing out the owner may want to check up on the after cleans in the future. It had good reviews, beautiful decor and the location was perfect!

Great beach stay!
We had a wonderful few days at the beach! The condo is perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and had all we needed. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean - so nice to sit outside with coffee in the morning and take it all in. It was also nice to just walk downstairs and have chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The pool was also nice. It is close to several restaurants in both directions. Bike rental is right across the street and worth it! The only down side was getting away from the condo because you end up in the middle of Watercolor traffic. Bikes are definitely the way to travel. It was a great condo and a great stay! We will return!

Paradise in the sky
Beautiful unit, style & functionality are on point without compromising the relaxed beach vibe. Beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous finishes. A real slice of paradise with a birds eye view of Seagrove Beach. On the downside elevators are in need of maintenance. Lacks even exhaust fans in either &!being stuck is a frightening prospect. But likely that will be repaired & in no way diminishes the beauty of the unit nor the helpful responsiveness of Christopher the owner/ property rep.

A chat with the cleaning people is needed. The floors looked clean but they had a black film on then. Could not go barefoot. The sheets were sticky and did not feel clean. Shower liner in bath needed replacing. If these items were fixed, it would be a great place.

We had a lovely time!!! The location is just perfect, with so many things to do nearby. Check-in and out was great! The condo is gorgeous, so many updates-high quality! Awesome condo in Seagrove!
Condo was very well renovated and has an excellent fresh, beach feel to it with well done design details, including a much higher quality kitchen than you often see in rentals. Beds are comfortable with surprisingly good lenis. Good space for a family and awesome location close to Seaside. Condo building itself is a bit old and pretty basic but not bad but has great beach access. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!
Beautiful newly renovated condo with amazing oceanfront view, very short walk to the beach, only a little over a mile to the shops and restaurants in Seaside. The owner, Chris, is quick to answer and questions and is very helpful!

Close to perfect!
Very nicely decorated. Nice appliances. The property contact is very easy to work with and responds quickly. Love the smart TVs and the Keurig! Would love to stay again!

A fantastic beachfront condo!
To say this property is nice is an understatement. The entire condo was decorated top notch and the gulf view was perfect. The appliances were top notch and everything was very clean. It was a wonderful weekend that we wished lasted much longer!

close access to the beach and fresh remodel were very much enjoyed
This property is steps from the beach and included umbrella and beach chair service which are worth their weigh in gold to a beach lover. The condo was obviously and well remodeled with cute accent decor and very nice appliances. The second bedroom bed itself was in def need of an upgrade but the master bed, bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. The balcony over the beach was amazing! Be prepared when arriving here if staying for a week or so and cooking meals in the kitchen. There is very minimal cooking supplies, cleaning supplies and paper products. Bring extra with or hit up publix down the road for extra tp, hand soap, paper towel, dishwasher pods, ect. There was no booklet guide within the condo and minimal entry instructions so we had to email the host for some things but he is very quick to respond and provided needed info. This is a wonderful location on 30A highly recommend it!

Fantastic location and views!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this condo - you can't beat the views or location. Condo was very clean and having the 2 beach chairs/umbrella setup included made things very easy. It was nice having the pool option in addition to the immediate beach access. Older renters and renters with young kids should be aware that to access the beach there is a staircase of 37 steps (my mother in-law counted!), but it wasn't an issue for my immediate family (we have a 2 yr old and 4 yr old). The only issue we had was the guest bedroom mattress probably needs to be replaced, but mattress firmness is a personal preference. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation
The property was nice. The room was nice and updated. The only thing is there was an airflow problem to the master bedroom and would get warm. The view was amazing. Enjoyed our stay.

Great View of the Ocean and clean Condo
We had a great stay in this condo. It was nice to be in a smaller high rise. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. Loved enjoying mornings and evenings on the balcony enjoying listening to the waves. The owner of the condo was very nice and easy to deal with. The only thing I would say is that the couch and chair needed some cleaning other than that it was a wonderful stay. Will stay again.

Great location
Lovely place, very clean & nicely decorated. Only problem (which is only a personal issue) is there are no fans in bedrooms & A/C didn’t cool master bedroom well.
