On the first floor, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a convenient laundry room. The queen primary suite offers a private bathroom, an adjacent sitting area, a mounted flat-screen TV, and ample storage. The primary bath is a retreat in itself, with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second queen bedroom down enjoys its own private bathroom (shower only), flat-screen TV, and a balcony with views of Seaside Avenue.
