Downstairs is your beach town coffeehouse, Sunrise Coffee, where you can grab a beverage, donuts or lunch and head across the street to the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. Premier shopping and fun souveniers are located in Town Center along with casual dining options in walking distance. Browse the Artist Colony and enjoy homemade ice cream at Pecan Jack's across the street by Shunk Gulley. Fun but early night life. Occasional live music. Everything goes quiet between 8:30p-9p. This location could not be easier! The recently updated condo has two balconies, an adorable coastal vibe kitchenette with mini stainless fridge, stove top, *convection oven/microwave combo, *mini crushed ice maker, king size bed, queen sofa bed and full bath. Yacht Rock Revue Getaway
Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. Be sure to stop by Pecan Jack’s for homemade ice cream and candy and going to the Red Bar for dinner in Grayton Beach is a must also. Will definitely come back again. Again, ideal for us. Property host was so quick to respond to any questions we had …..which is always appreciated.

I was very disappointed that we didn’t receive any prior notice that there would be no elevator to use. I have bad knees and would have made other arrangements if we had more notice. I feel we should have received a discounted rate for the inconvenience. Otherwise our stay was lovely.

Clean, Comfortable, & Convenient Location
Loved the convenient location across from the public beach access and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We used three of the pools which were all nice. Happy to have the option of the heated pool and hot tub. Very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Beach chairs to use was appreciated.

The condo is daring. It provided what we needed, closeness to the beach and a view of the Gulf though small due the palm trees growth. Unfortunately, Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with the weather. Rainy & cold. The heater kept clicking off but were fine. Traffic was heavy at intersection + fire & police activity. Shower leaks from the fixed door at the tub on to floor. Thank you !

Long Weekend Trip
The description of the property was accurate. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants made the stay super easy. Parking was never an issue, either. We enjoyed being able to listen to the live music from our rooms. There is a bit of street noise because it is on a busy corner but it wasn’t much and didn’t last for long. We will go back.

Thrilled to get this jewel of a stay after we had to reroute our beach stay. Recently updated and we will definitely be back The kitchen was small but packed with the best essential.comfy bed and nice sheets Wi-Fi was iffy but made the best of it.
