Gulf Front Townhome - Zomer Data nog beschikbaar!

Wakker worden elke ochtend en een kopje koffie op het dek kijken naar de Golf. U kunt zelfs een dolfijn show krijgen. Het wordt niet veel beter dan dat. Ga dan naar het suikerwitte zand, zwem in het prachtige kristalblauwe water. Als je dorstig hebt, honger hebt of gewoon een dutje nodig hebt, ben je op steenworp afstand van het huis. Deze eenheid is volledig gerenoveerd, nieuwe keuken, badkamers, apparatuur, meubels, ingebouwde verlichting, marmer alles .... Onze townhouse is echt een thuis weg van huis. Onze eenheid heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken met een grote bijkeuken, als u kiest om te koken. Maar als u graag wilt eten, zijn er veel restaurants om uit te kiezen op 30A. Elk type eten dat u van Sushi naar Pizza wilt, 30A heeft het allemaal.

De master heeft een kingsize bed, met een eigen balkon, badkamer en tv. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer en tv. Er is ook een Aero opblaasbaar Queen bed beschikbaar. Ons woonkamer heeft een nieuwe bank en loveseat, 55 inch flatscreen, 4K, met HD-box, en Wi-Fi. Er is ook een half bad op het hoofdniveau. Onze eenheid is 1200 m², met overdekte parkeerplaats. Wij bieden ook nieuwe full-size wasmachine en droger met roestvrij baden en betegelde wasruimte, ook vers geschilderd.

Ons stadshuis ligt op minder dan 5 minuten van de zee, u kunt gemakkelijk fietsen. We zijn slechts een korte rit naar Destin, Panama City, Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach. Ze bieden allemaal prachtige restaurants, nachtleven en nog veel meer.

Beautiful stay in paradise

The townhome was lovely and in a perfect location on the ocean front. The view was spectacular. The home was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. I highly recommend staying here in Seagrove Beach.

Great Stay

It was our first time staying in 30A and we'll definitely be back. We loved the location! We rented bikes for the week and rode every morning thru the neighborhood and to the state park that was close by. Being close to the public beach was a plus!

The unit was incredibly clean and beautiful. Short walk to the ocean. Didn't realize the laundry was outside and underneath the unit. The biggest concern for us was the communication with the host. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms didn't work. With some troubleshooting, I realized the batteries in the remotes were so old they were swollen. The host stated she had no idea that was a problem but did not offer any resolution. Also, there was no iron in the unit. Only an ironing board. When I asked about the location of an iron, the host said it was in the closet. I stated clearly that it was not in the closet and that there was no iron available. Crickets. No offering to help out in any way. I had to go to Walmart and buy batteries for her remotes and I also bought an iron for her. I kindly asked her if she would be able to reimburse me for these two things since I was actually helping her. She asked for my venmo and then did not reimburse me. Very strange. 2 days later I had to ask her again, obviously making me feel strange like I was begging her to reimburse me. She finally did reimburse me. We had another incident where the internet stopped working. The only response we got was 14 hours later and stating that the internet never fails there. No offer of a resolution, nothing.This was not a good experience all around even outside of these two incidents with communication with the host. We would not return.

Great All Around!

This is the first year we stayed at 30A (Sandestin the past 6 years.) We traveled with two boys, 7 & 9. This is an older townhome that's been well maintained. It's cute, nice, cozy, and very comfortable. The best part was being steps away from the beach! And Cindy could not have been a better host! She was beyond generous with our requests. We have rented from property managers and private owners. You really get better services with private owners. Cindy's townhome is top rated for a reason - treat it better than your own home so she can continue to share her place with others!

Awesome summer vacation in Seagrove

We loved our stay in this townhome. It was the perfect size & location for my family (2 tweens + 2 adults) especially since the kids didn’t have to sleep in the same bed & the 2.5 baths were great to have. The beach chairs & umbrella available for use were great. We loved being able to walk out the back door & almost straight onto the beach. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the master sink has very little space to put out products. A shelf on the wall above it to the right would have been great. Otherwise we loved our stay & the house.

Heavenly Vacation Spot

This townhouse unit was everything I wished it would be. It exceeded all of our dreams. Perfect location and literally steps from the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk straight off the front deck and get right on the beach. We loved the quietness of the location. Not the busyness and noise of PCB. The beach wasn't crowded at all and so clean. Water was as clear as can be. We will be back to this place our next vacation for sure. The townhouse manager, Cindy, was nothing short of amazing. She answers our questions very promptly and she was soo helpful. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here.

Beautiful townhome in a great location

We stayed at this townhome and absolutely loved it. The location in regards to Seagrove Beach and the surrounding beaches (Alys, Rosemary, Seaside) was perfect. Nothing was too far to get to and to be right on the beach was perfect for us. We will be back and definitely will seek out this property to see if its available again.
