"Vakantiehuis" 3BR / 2. 5 Bath at Prominence

Deze Cozumel plan verhuur met 3 slaapkamers, 2. 5 baden staat voor u klaar! "Holiday House" is de plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen aan de Costa Smeralda. De keuken is een kookdroom met zorgvuldig gekozen apparatuur zoals een gaskookplaat en een roestvrijstalen koelkast. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden en te entertainen zoals je thuis doet voor familie en vrienden. De eetzaal biedt plaats aan 6 personen aan de bar. De open woon- en eetruimtes hebben plafonds van 10 cm en veel ramen voor een lichte en ruime uitstraling. De master suite biedt een kingsize bed. In de tweede slaapkamer is een queensize bed, terwijl de derde slaapkamer overvolle stapelbedden heeft.

"Holiday House" heeft dichtbij, gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad, een prachtig uitzicht op 30A en de Hub, en is slechts een korte pendel- of fietstocht naar de nabijgelegen schilderachtige duinen en ongerepte schoonheid van het nabijgelegen Deer Lake State Park en toegang tot het strand. De stad Prominence is een 30A-hotspot en biedt een aantal voorzieningen die er zeker van zijn dat deze vakantie een van plezier, fitness en ontspanning is, inclusief een zwembad van 5.000 m² met strandhuisjes rond het zwembad en een fitnesscentrum. The Hub biedt iets voor mensen van alle leeftijden en smaken, van taco's en tequila tot vleugels, hamburgers en shakes, een stop hier is snel, lekker en handig, en biedt entertainment aan het amfitheater in de buitenlucht. Prominence Beach Access Points
Toegang tot het strand:

Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is de meest populaire en de dichtstbijzijnde toegang tot het strand naar Prominence en ligt op .5 mijl afstand. Hoewel het populair is, zijn er een paar dingen om in gedachten te houden: Er is een kleine parkeerplaats bij de toegang (ongeveer $ 3 voor parkeren) Badkamers zijn ook beschikbaar bij de toegang. Het pad naar het strand is wat langer dan de meeste andere delen van het gebied. BELANGRIJK - Omdat dit een nationaal park is en geen toegang tot het strand van Walton County, is alcohol niet toegestaan. Strandservice is ook niet beschikbaar op deze locatie.

Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes ligt ongeveer 2 mijl naar het westen aan het einde van Beachfront Trail. Dit is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County met parkeergelegenheid en op korte afstand van het strand.

Santa Clara - toegang tot Santa Clara is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County in de buurt van Bramble Grove Road, ongeveer 3 km ten westen van Prominence. * Dit is de geplande stop voor de Prominence-shuttle. Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County dat net voorbij de toegang tot de Gulf Lakes ligt. Parkeergelegenheid en badkamers zijn niet beschikbaar bij deze toegang, maar er is een douche.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved the place during our recent trip to 30A. The house had everything that we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed the layout of the home. The kids each had their own room and the master was a great size. It was a great perk to have a golf cart during our stay. Only small recommendations I would share is adding blinds on the doors for privacy and blankets downstairs when it's chilly. Other than that it was a great stay!

Wonderful vacation getaway

We had a fantastic experience at Holiday House. It was immaculately clean and just beautiful. Since we cooked in we were so happy with the well stocked kitchen. We drove to the beach and had no issues parking. It was nice to have bikes available too. The Hub was super fun and right across the street. We needed a new coffee pot and one was brought over right away. This was such an easy and stressless vacation.

Restrooms were dirty, specially the toilets there was not toilet brushes and the bathroom floors were dirty there was trash in the bathrooms. The guest bathroom downstairs did not even have a hand towel. The house did not have a single broom to keep the garage clean and free of beach sand. There was no water hose neither beach towels provided. We had stayed @ The Prominence properties for the last 5 years and this is the first house that is poorly equipped and if as a guess I am paying for cleaning fees I expect a mint and clean property with all essentials provided.

Stay at Prominence 30A

The home was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for our family, and we couldn't have asked for a better house. The reason I didn't give an excellent review was because of the location. It has NOTHING to do with the house or how awesome the property is. Beach access is limited with the amount of private beaches, and there is little to know parking for the public beaches. That was our only complaint, and why we probably won't return to this location. Again, we loved the home and had an incredible time. But for a beach vacation, it was tough to go to the beach. Thanks for an amazing time though. The process was easy and helpful.

Nice location horrible house keeping

The house was decent considering it was a last min trip and honestly had the house been clean for the price I would have given it 5 stars. However the property definitely lacked a lot of amenities other houses I have stayed in had and the house keepers did a horrible job. There was sand everywhere and hair. Walking into the house it smelled like fried fish and it was really bad and really strong, there was grease all over the stove and when I say hair everywhere I mean everywhere on the couch, the stairs, the sheets, the towels. Maybe for some people that doesn’t bother them but I was definitely grossed out not to mention my toddlers walked on the floor for 2 mins with there shoes off and there feet were black afterwards. My sister and i literally went to the store to by bleach and mopped the floor and cleaned the showers ourselves. So with all that aside if you don’t care about sand, hair, and a grease smell everywhere then the location of the house was great and the pool was nice.

Better Than Average

Holiday House is in a great location, near good shopping & dining. The pool and beach accesses were what we were there for, along with just spending a relaxing week with our adult kids. The home was very comfortable and very quiet; we did not realize it was a tri-plex until we arrived, but we only saw our neighbors occasionally on the shared driveway. However, we had a few glitches and only half of them were resolved during our stay. Resolved: there were no fry pans & the tv remotes needed batteries. The maintenance crew brought us new pans and batteries the same day. Unresolved: broken knob on the gas stove (it got stuck “on” twice while unlit, and the kitchen faucet felt like it was about to fall off. We called, sent texts and emailed the repair person, but no reply and no fixes. Also, we arrived late for check-in (around 10pm) and the hot water heater was not working. We called/text and received no reply until the next day, after we'd all taken cold showers. *I recommend Coastal Dreamin employ a 24-hour call/text line for things, especially like this. My husband was finally able to find the tripped GFI outlet in the garage that was on the same like as the water heater and reset it himself. Someone did text us back about this, but it was the next day. Overall, we got past all of the glitches and had a good time. I would just recommend Coastal Dreamin have a better solution for after hours problems and quick/professional replies.

1st Timer Beach Vacation

The home and area was beautiful and pretty well matched the online pictures. However, there were a few things that disappointed us. The Kitchen, had no dish clothes, 2 hand towels and 2 old crumbly dishwasher tablets. We planned on preparing a lot of meals at the condo because the kitchen looked so nice and we enjoy cooking! To our surprise there were several baking dishes but NOT one skillet :( There were also tiny little bugs along the backside of counter top by the stove!! The Bathrooms/Linens, although they nice and clean and the towels and washcloths were good quality, there just wasn't enough (only 4 per bathroom). Since there were 7 of us, we had to wash linens everyday, just to have a fresh washcloths, a bit inconvenient on vacation. The toilet paper was another issue, we only started out with about a 1/2 a roll in each bathroom and it was probably the cheapest TB I have ever used. I am all about saving $$ but when it comes to a high end place like this, I just expected better quality in the small details...they really do make a difference. The Kitchen paper towels were just as BAD! The Master Bed was comfortable but VERY HIGH (maybe add a small stool for shorter guest). The first night I climbed into my side of the bed, I felt something gritty under the covers, upon investigating realized it was sand! The Queen size bed was terribly uncomfortable and LOUD due to the waterproof liner. We ended up buying TB, Paper Towels and a skillet. I know that seems like a lot of complaints but just wanted to give you a true report of our experience. OVERALL, we enjoyed our vacation and look forward to going back to the beach soon :)

Holiday House is great!

We loved staying at the Holiday House. House is located in a great area and the neighborhood is very family friendly. Pictures are accurate of the house and everything was very clean.

We had a fabulous stay at this property in the Prominance community. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. I was a little worried when we had read a few reviews stating there were some issues but we didn't have any of those. I mean, if I had to be nit picky, we all decided that ya'll needed another frying pan ha ha! They had everything we needed, all the way down to the pool toys and extra bikes to use. I would def book this property again!

I had a ball at this property! The house is beautiful and the surrounding area was also amazing. I definitely will return! The only small this I would recommend changing is the dishes were not clean in the cabinet but other than that everything was great.

To be clear we had a wonderful time during our stay but several things we noticed probably need to be addressed. 1) The furniture on the back porch has a broken chair, both chairs most likely need to be replaced since they are about the same age and before long the good one will probably break as well. 2) Overall cleanliness was good but we did notice some cob webs in the living room near the ceiling. The couch is starting to look dirty as well due to stains on the fabric. 3) The kitchen was lacking a good frying pan. The only one was wore out and the non stick surface was missing in several spots. Also, it was a small pan and the only one that was available. 4) There were no spatulas to use in non stick pans, the only one was made of metal and will damage non stick cookware. A wooden or plastic one would be better. 5)Several of the dishes and cups in the cabinet were dirty when they were removed and had to be washed to be used. 6) This can't be changed but the access to public beaches was not good at all. I suppose this is better when the tram starts working but the development of this property, with no beach access, was a mistake in my opinion.

The property itself was beautiful and the location was perfect for our family, however the experience was very poor & I hope my feedback will help you improve so that other families do not have the same experience. My excitement for being on vacation came to an end very quickly after touring the property and discovering just about every room was dirty in some way. Here are some of the issues we found: 1) The walls and floors were dirty which I could overlook (although I was instantly disgusted). 2) The bedding in the master bedroom and the bunk bed room had stains and were covered in hair to the point we had to wash them. This turned out to be a disaster because the dryer was broken therefore we couldn't dry the bedding nor wash the rest. 3) My oldest daughter found a vape in one of the drawers in the queen bedroom. 4) The dishes AND pans were visibly dirty and had to be washed. 3-4 of the plastic cups had hot chocolate powder inside of them. 5) The fridge and microwave were dirty. 6) Coffee maker had a filter filled with moldy coffee grounds. 7) The toaster didn't work. 8) The couch was covered in stains and visibly dirty to the point no one wanted to sit on it. 9) The showers in both bathrooms were visibly dirty. 10) The remote in the master bedroom doesn't work nor does the Roku / YouTube tv. Therefore we were unable to watch tv in the master bedroom. 11) The internet connection stated it had weak security therefore its risky connecting to the WiFi. I had to call multiple times to try and get the issues fixed with little success. Someone did come and clean the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A few days in someone finally came to assist with the toaster and dryer. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here with how things are currently ran. Our cleaning fee was reimbursed, however I honestly feel more should've been done given all of the issues we had.

Great Stay

We truly enjoyed our time at Beach Haven. It was exactly as expected online and the only thing I can think as a negative is that there was a spot on the blanket on the master bed. Other than that, location was great, property was clean and the process was seamless. Would definitely book this listing again. Thanks!

Although home was newer and at first appeared to be nice, in reality it needed attention. We stayed there over the New Year with hopes of watching lots of football bowl games. We checked in on a Tuesday. I called office not long after check in once I realized tv wasn't working. Someone finally came to get tv working on Thursday. The home streams YouTube tv. The young man Tripp was very nice and got tv streaming after multiple contacts with owner to get log in information. After Tripp left we realized we couldn't get in to local channels. So we couldn't watch major games on cbs, NBC and ABC. Reached out to coastal dreamin again and they said owner didn't get those channels. We ultimately had to sign in to our home account to watch games on major networks. Every time I called Coastal Dreamin I got an answering service. I never could get the office to call me back. They would text me or send Tripp. Tripp was very nice and helpful. The home also had problems with outlets, garage and hot water going out. House also was in need of deep cleaning. I felt like I spent a lot of my time trying to get things working instead of enjoying my vacation. Very frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday House. The space was perfect for our family of five and the location was great for pool access. While the decor and furnishings were minimal, we had what we needed. We were disappointed though that the house was in need of a very deep cleaning and could use a handy man to make some repairs. The baseboards and blinds were filthy, there were marks and dirt all over the walls and cabinetry, cobwebs in the corners and ceilings, and lots of trash and dust under the furniture. They kitchen faucet was lose and wobbly and the toilet paper holders and bathroom door knobs needed tightening.

We loved this place! Clean, attractive and great location. The shuttle to the beach worked well for us and we could walk to the pool and the Hub! Go stay, it's fun!

Excellent!!!!

The home was excellent. The only exception I would add is that we were not able to figure out how to get reception on the tv in the family room and there was only one tv remote control between two of the bedrooms (Queen & bunk beds). Other than that, the home was beautiful and our stay was pleasant. My mother enjoyed her 70th birthday celebration! Thank you!!
