Bluegrass Bungalow is een huis met 3 slaapkamers en een stapelbed / 3 badkamers, gunstig gelegen nabij de toegang tot het strand van San Juan in Seagrove Beach. Het huis ligt op een verdieping en is huisdiervriendelijk voor kleine honden. Geniet van het verwarmde privézwembad, het grote buitenterras en voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal vier voertuigen. Dit prachtige huis heeft veel nieuwe updates en is perfect voor een onvergetelijke familievakantie.

Bluegrass Bungalow heeft een open plattegrond met de woonkamer in het midden van het huis. De keuken heeft granieten aanrecht en is volledig gevuld voor entertainment. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een bureau. De master bad heeft een tuin bad, aparte betegelde douche en grote kast. De stapelbed kamer is net buiten de master en heeft stapelbedden en een bureau, perfect voor de kinderen of een kantoor aan huis. De eerste gast slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, groot dressoir en een eigen badkamer met een inloopdouche. De andere kamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed met een twin onderschuifbed en een eigen badkamer.

De grote verharde parkeerplaats heeft een basketbaldoel en drie fietsen die gasten kunnen gebruiken. Het verwarmde zwembad heeft een groot terras om te zonnebaden, te ontspannen en te koken op de gasgrill. Loop of fiets naar Seaside en vele geweldige restaurants op Highway 30A.

Great Vacation

Very nice house with everything we needed and very clean. great location and very easy walk to the beach. We would love to go again and recomend the house to anyone. Kids loved the bikes and pool.

Very Gratifying

The house felt very warm and cozy. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and all cookware and dinner ware were very high quality. The pool and surrounding area were great. This was a great place to stay. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away or one could use the bikes provided. I would thoroughly recommend Instant Gratification.

Bluegrass Bungalow Getaway

We had a group of 5 adults and four kiddos. House is larger than it appears, clean, comfy furniture, and we spent so much time in the backyard enjoying the pool and patio. The beach is a short walk and it is close to handicap beach ramp if you need it. I did for our beach wagon! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great house and management!

House was awesome! It was the perfect size for me and my family. Distance to the public beach entrance was easily walkable, no need for a golf cart unless you have really small children. Unfortunately the pool was damaged in a storm prior to our arrival. The Management team was accommodating and gave us a fair compensation for the inconvenience. I would recommend to replace the grill, it was in pretty bad shape.

A great property that's well maintained, comfortable, and convenient. My only critiques are not accepting cash and that the bed situation was not as stated in the description. I I am certain the beds were changed at some point and simply by oversight, the description not updated, but that did cause a small issue figuring out sleeping arrangements.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with Oversee. Our fridge in the rental broke exactly as over $300 in instacart groceries were in route. Oversee jumped on the problem and had a new fridge in our rental within hours & even brought ice to hold us over until then! We couldn't believe it. Then the gate to the pool didn't lock right - oversee sent someone over and had it fixed in under 60 min. We were blown away.Bluegrass Bungalow is great and we loved the location. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, nice layout. Only minor feedback for the owners is the pool area could use a spray for mosquitos. Pack lots of bugspray and you should be just fine.

The house was clean and larger than we expected. The location was great .... a bit off the beaten path tucked away for privacy but only a few minutes away from all of the action. And the 4 minute walk to the beach was great! We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had everything we needed. Only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach we felt very lucky to have been in such an awesome location. Beds were very comfortable, pool heater worked, Oversee replaced out bikes right away (1 was a little wonky). If I had to say anything it would just be to add some some lighting in the backyard by the table and grill so we could grill easier but other than that truly a great time and great stay. We will absolutely be back!

The lights were odd in each room, and would come on only sometimes. The outdoor shower created a lot of dirt when used, and needs an upgrade to be truly usable. We heated the pool and being from VT we are glad we did. The heater worked well and the pool was clean. The outdoor pool and beach accessories were run down or non existent so you will want to bring your own. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rent from Oversee properties again.

Summer Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We have been to the 30A area a few times, but this was the first time to stay in the Seaside area. We really liked the proximity to Seaside (great bike ride), the beach access (large ramp to the beach made it really easy to wheel the wagons down), and Publix. Bluegrass Bungalow seemed larger than the square footage eludes. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are nice and open. We had 2 families staying in the house (4 adults and 5 children 10,7,7,4,4) and it honestly didn't seem cramped. The pool was a decent size for our crew and there was an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The house could use a few improvements, which we let the property management company know. Needs - pans, mixing bowls, large coffee pot (the coffee maker was under the counter with no large pot so we ended up using the 4 cup coffee maker all week), baking sheets, and maybe a pancake griddle or something. The shower in the full size w/ trundle room leaked all week (a plumber came but did not have the part to fix it). The mini fridge in the kitchen didn't seem to get cold and the handle was broken off. The child proof gate to the pool was broken. The deck outside needs to be replaced in several spots and just general weed maintenance.Overall we still had a great vacation!

Peaceful and relaxing

The house is adorable and comfortable. The pool was great since the beach water was closed for swimming. The neighborhood is quiet but not to far from activities. Great place for family to gather and visit.

Perfect Location

The house is in the perfect location- tucked away in a quiet lot but with in a couple minutes you are in 30A where all the action is!! It was perfect for our teenagers and mini aussie had a great vacay also!!

Excellent location and great property!

The house looks to have been recently remodeled. They did such a good job that I couldn’t tell if it was new construction. The pool is small but perfect for our family. The heater didn’t work but it was only weeks after a hurricane had come through and flooded the area. The only way I knew is a neighbor told me. Kitchen is nice and set up with almost anything you’d need. Grill outside is propane and full. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bunks are attached to the master. The location is 1.5 blocks walking distance to the beach. The public access is down about 20 so plan accordingly (we took a wagon the first day). Lots of dining options and a Publix is just a few miles away. Overall, we’d come back to this area and we’d stay here again.
