Op zoek naar de perfecte romantische get-a-way of een huwelijksreis op het strand? Dit prachtige golffront appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht is de plek om te zijn!

Golffront onroerend goed wordt niet veel magischer en romantischer dan dit! Gelegen op de derde verdieping, dit appartement met een slaapkamer heeft strakke functies zoals granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten en een kingsize bed. Het koel gekleurde muurpalet trekt u rechtstreeks naar het privébalkon met uitzicht op het sprankelende smaragdgroene water van de Golf. Het is tenslotte Golffront, dus ga erop uit om een beetje plezier in de zon te hebben, haal zand tussen je tenen en geniet van waar het leven aan het strand allemaal om draait!

Leeward I is een rookvrij complex zonder roken op of rond het gebouw.

Unit was clean and well stocked. The WiFi was unstable (could not watch a movie). The Roku tv was locked down and you couldn’t use apps like YouTube TV. Front door was hard to lock and unlock. Overall it was fine.

Perfect location and beautiful view. The condo was clean but very tired. It is time for a make over. Could use a paint job and update. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off with broken hinges and a few cabinet doors painted a different color. Kitchen ware is random and could all be replaced. Furniture is dated and could stand to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Management company was responsive and fine. I wouldn’t stay again. I would pick one of the other units in this building by seaside beachfront condos.com. Over all great location just not this unit.

Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you.

The property was on the beach. The porch was very narrow - barely enough room for a chair. Due to the other two condo on either side, the view is only straight forward. So you can’t see the sunrise or sunset without going to the beach. It was a cute condo for two people. Good location. Didn’t have any chairs or umbrella. Had to pay the beach company 50 per day. Other condos next to me had it included.

Perfect Location

I highly recommend the location of this condo right on the beach! We were able to walk right out and enjoy the beach. I reserved and rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week as these are not included with the condo. In my opinion, this condo needs some TLC and updating, such as the bathroom, sofa and rug in living room definitely need replaced. There are no privacy drapes or blinds in the living area windows and sliding door. We did not let this interfere with our stay but for the price, I will look for a more updated condo in this area in the future.

The place is great but if you do have any issue I would hate to try and get in touch with property management. The Internet went down when we were there, called and just got a VM. Left and never heard back. I would hate to see what would happen if I was locked out or the key didn't work. The Internet speed is max 4mbps so like dial up speed.

Convenient stay. Great location. Know before you go…

The communication and check in processes were seamless. The unit itself was in a fantastic location with a convenient few steps to the beach. The management group was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. There were a few surprises or missing information that could be valuable to guests.1.) There were no elevators. For this unit, there were 4 flights of stairs. It is recommended to pack light or bring someone with muscle to get yourself and all luggage, beach necessities, and groceries up the stairs. 2.) There was no means for cable or streaming services. Our last day was rain and the evenings were quiet. Though we were able to entertain ourselves with books and road trip activities, it would’ve been nice to check the news, weather, or Netflix. We had maintenance come check on this to find out that there was no way for cable without the owner contacting a service provider. A Roku would be a cheap, easy fix.3.) WiFi does not have a lot of bandwidth. 2 phones and 2 computers overloaded the system. This isn’t an issue for someone trying to “unplug,” but we were trying to work from a destination.4.) The hot water seemed to only last for 1, maybe 1.5 people. 5.) There were a couple of issues that we did not report, as they were not a huge deal, but recommended to have the unit checked. Several light bulbs needed to be changed (bathroom, bedroom). Only 1 of the 2 door keys would work and it was tricky.

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

Perfect location, some issues

We’ve stayed in Leeward I and Leeward II many times as it’s our favorite location on 30A. This condo was nice, however the bed is hard as a rock, the refrigerator hardly cooled, and the freezer didn’t work at all. I contacted the management and we were told there would send someone that day and no one ever showed up or the following day.

Reviews online said this beach is laid back and would be a great honeymoon getaway. I drove hours from the keys here for my 2nd week of vacation and immediately turned around and drove all the way back after seeing how chaotic and busy the 30A is. I won’t be staying in this part of Florida again. Condo was beautiful though.

Great Location & View

The condo was nice and as shown in the photos. View and location were excellent. Ease of access to the beach, was great. The biggest issue we had was the lack of response from the property management company. Upon arrival refrigerator/ freezer not working. Had to use a cooler and ice. Several notifications to property manager, no repairman ever showed up and management company would not follow backup with us. Luckily refrigerator started cooling enough after the 4th day and we were able to us. Despite refrigerator issue, we enjoyed the condo and had a great week.
