Prachtig is de eerste indruk van dit luxe appartement gelegen in het hart van het prachtige Blue Mountain Beach in Redfish Village. Het is een van de populairste vakantiebestemmingen in de regio. M2-215 is een 2BR / 2. 5BA aangepaste eenheid met een ruime keuken met topapparatuur. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer. De volledige master bad heeft een dubbele wastafel, inloopdouche en een apart bad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met een bad en douche. Het stapelbed biedt twee comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden. Na een lange dag op het strand of rondhangen in het grote, verwarmde zwembad, is het grote balkon de perfecte plek om te dineren of gewoon te ontspannen.

Blue Mountain Beach biedt een scala aan activiteiten, waaronder fietspaden en winkels en ligt in de buurt van Grayton Beach State Park. Andere voorzieningen in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte zijn een extra groot zwembad, buitengrills, een speeltuin en een promenade en een paviljoen met een prachtig uitzicht op het naburige meer Redfish. Samen met dit alles komt de luxe van een privétoegang tot het strand voor inwoners van Redfish Village.

-Redfish Village herbergt verschillende handelaren, waaronder Trebeache 'Restaurant en Redfish Taco beide eigendom van Stinky's Fish Camp. Het is ook de thuisbasis van de beroemde "Stinky Juice". Aesthetic Clinique is ook ter plaatse en het is een dagspa. Redfish Village ligt tegenover de beroemde Blue Mountain Creamery (seizoensgebonden).

Perfect!

Really enjoyed this stay. Plenty of activity around but also peaceful. The condo is easily accessible, has a great layout, beautifully decorated and very well stocked and maintained. I definitely would stay here again.

Getaway made Perfect!

Our family did a last minute getaway to 30A for spring break and booked 30YAY about a week prior to our arrival. I asked a few questions and the responses were quick and clear. I had read reviews about issues with the dryer, we had no problems. The location could not have been better! We used the public beach access and the chairs from the condo! My boys (9 and 5) were obsessed with the bunk beds and the provided stuffies - this truly felt like home away from home! The neighbors were very kind and the community was overall quiet. We can't wait to return! Thank you for hosting our family!

Blue Mountain Bliss

Location can’t be beat . . . Redfish Taco, the Creamery for great ice cream, two really good places for breakfast and less than two miles from great seafood and even barbecue! Parking is convenient and covered. Oh; and the beach is close too.

Best Unit in Redfish

We have stayed in many units at Redfish. This one is by far my favorite. It’s a great location in M2 to get to the pool and parking spot. Extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for use within the condo. Well stocked kitchen, extra blankets, cozy, thoughtful touches, and comfy beds. If I had to pick something that I feel needed attention it would be to get new pots and pans. Many were very used and scratched pretty badly. I loved the unit and would rent again in a heartbeat. Wonderful stay!

Annual Beach vacation

This property was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. With 4 kids 10 and under the location of the pool and distance to the beach was perfect. We cooked most of our meals and the condo had everything we needed. Amazing that there were beach chairs and umbrellas as well. We enjoyed eating our meals on the back porch.

Clean place, good location

The unit was clean and checkin process was easy. Communication with property manager took a little work. The property requires guests have a wristband to use the pool. But these were not provided. When we asked about them, we were told not to worry about it. The maintenance guy questioned us about our wristbands when we used the pool so that was a little embarrassing. Other than that, unit was huge and decently comfortable. The sounds on the living room TV was really bad. Internet connection was good. Location is good - close to beach and a few bars/restaurants.

We love everything about our place. It had all the conveniences and we felt very at home. I had trouble trying to figure out how to lock and unlock the door. Also the parking garage is very dimly lit and unit numbers were hard to see. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great Family friendly chill location

This is our first time with this vendor, but second at Red Fish Village in 7 years. Did not disappoint! Walking distance to beach, ice cream, and Red Fish Village own taco place and live music! Also, had a shuttle that was quickly available to take you to the private beach access if needed. The pool was a great size with ample chairs for anyone who wanted to enjoy the Sun or shade. Grills were also available to use poolside with easy access to seating areas. Would definitely use again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! Short walk to the beach, Blue Mt. Creamery and some really good restaurants! Blue Mabel’s restaurant is awesome by the way! The condo is very clean and beds are comfy. I will definitely return again!

Great place! White couches were difficult with kids.

The place was beautiful! The white couches were difficult with kids but we managed. Unfortunately the trams to the beach weren’t running that week so we walked to the beach everyday but it wasn’t too far to walk except for my mom.

Kid friendly

My child loved the pool and hot tub and the “eat” sign. The proximity to two bike trails and other places to ride was great. The private beach access was a real bonus surprise we overlooked in the listing.

We love 30YAY! The condo is well stocked, comfortable and feels like home away from home. I can't say enough about Kim, the property manager. I can't imagine communication being any better. Great owners great property manager, great location. I can't say "great" enough.

The property was very nice but the sheets in the master bedroom were not washed. There were hair in them and when I washed them myself a dirty sock and seashells fell out.

We had a great stay! Pleased to see little things like coffee filters, beach stuff, laundry soap etc all there! I wish these little things were mentioned in the listing so we wouldn’t have to drag all our beach stuff there! It was beautiful- only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch... at first it seemed comfy but once you sit, you sink, like knees to your chest to try to get up. 😳 Also, a little thing to consider for future stays would be a stepping stool in five bathrooms for little kids to be able to reach the sinks to wash their hands.

White sand + blue water= great vacation

We loved our time at Red Fish Village and Blue Mountain beach. The condo was so comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. The pillows on the beds were wonderful. We appreciate the current and upscale furnishings and attractive style. The walk to the beach was easy and fun. We loved the ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. We are looking forward to our next visit, hopefully next summer. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the fond memories. 🌊🌴💚

Great trip

This condo was perfect for a family beach getaway. It was just close enough to the beach, and the shuttle was very convenient. The only thing i was disappointed in was the fact that the dryer broke halfway through the week and was unable to be fixed during our stay. Great location and property was gorgeous!
