The carport also contains an outdoor shower that is perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. After entering the home you will be led upstairs on the beautiful dark wood stairs that are contrasted perfectly to the clean shiplap white walls. At the top of the stairs you’ll land in the living and dining spaces. This space has floor-to-ceiling Gulf views with a double sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony equipped with a table and chairs. You will have unobstructed views thanks to the glass enclosed railing. Be sure to enjoy the aqua and deep blue waters, as well as listen to the roll of the tide. The beauty of this townhome is that you have coastal views throughout the home. The living chamber is furnished with a white cozy large L-shaped sleeper sectional sofa accented with a coffee table, decorative lamps, entertainment space, and smart television. The beachside bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, bedside tables, mounted television, closet, dresser, and chair for your comfort. While you are not entertaining, take advantage of the balcony that overlooks the world renowned Emerald Coast. Soak in the warm summer breeze as the water roars in the background. Leave the noise machine at home as your proximity to the beach will allow for the perfect calming and tranquil relaxation. You are going to want to spend the majority of your time outside, in the sand, but this bedroom makes for the perfect escape to relax and recuperate. Enjoy the convenience of a private tiled bathroom, with a floor-to-ceiling ceramic shower. Down the hall is the washer and dryer behind a closet door. Across from the laundry space there is a shared full size bathroom, tiled in the same pattern as the master suite. The bathroom space also is tiled floor-to-ceiling. The bedroom on the north side of the home offers two full size beds, with a bed table, closet, and dresser with a television on top. Both of these bedrooms provide ample lighting with optional drapes for those late mornings.
