Vredig, luxueus het instellen van een korte rit van Seaside, aquarel etc. We zijn een 7-10 minuten lopen of een 2 minuten durende tocht met een golfkar naar een geweldige toegang tot het strand. Blue Mountain Creamery, een favoriet voor kinderen van alle leeftijden, is een korte loopafstand van ons huis. Hwy 30-A is een weg van 17 mijl langs de kust- met fietspad over de hele lengte. We hebben 3 kingsize bedden, 1 koningin, een stapelbed met bodem aan de onderkant, tweeling aan de bovenkant, twee vouwbedden en uitklapbare tweepersoons bedbank. U kunt comfortabel plaats aan uw familie en vrienden. Enorme afgeschermde veranda met een deel ervan gescreend; Schommel, hangmat, rockers en een picknicktafel maken dit een perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een dag spelen in de oceaan. 6 flatscreen-tv's (een in elke slaapkamer / stapelbed / afgeschermde veranda en natuurlijk de woonkamer) met kabel en netflicks / dvd-speler / verzameling Disney-films in een stapelbed. Ons nieuwe huis ligt op 1/2 acre veel waardoor het bijna volledig prive ... je kunt naar de vogels in de ochtend, en vaak je kunt de oceaan horen luisteren. 'S Nachts hoor je krekels, kikkers en uilen. Zodra u onze kleine stukje paradijs te bezoeken, zult u wilt om terug te komen. Golfkar (alleen voor strandtrips) Stoelen, parasols, fietsen en dobbers, twee, een persoons-kajaks voorzien. U zult ook genieten van een commerciële ijsmachine dat al het ijs die je nodig hebt maakt. Wij bieden geweldige verkopers voor Yolo-boards, kajaks enz. Die worden afgeleverd en opgehaald wanneer u klaar bent.

Toes in the Sand 2

Close to beach but still very private. We stayed with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends. Everyone loved the house. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, screened in porch was great for game night and afternoon naps! Walk to beach wasn’t far and golf cart made it even easier. The pool was my favorite spot! House is so scenic itself, we took family pics on the porch. Planning a return trip already!

Best friends vacation

This place is the best equipped beach house. The beach was minutes away with a golf cart to get you back and forth. The private pool was amazing with plenty of chairs and an outdoor shower. We had an extra refrigerator in the garage and an ice machine. There wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have in the kitchen. The screened porch with a bed swing was amazing. I am a bed snob and these beds are so comfy. This is the second time I have stayed at this house. I hope to make it an annual stay. The host are the best!

The Ultimate Beach Home!!

My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, ALWAYS look so forward to spending a relaxing week in this amazing property. It never disappoints!! The home itself is immaculate and laid out so conveniently. It even smells so inviting when you walk in the door that I have placed an Amazon order for the same Wallflower Plug-Ins to keep in my office at work! We thoroughly enjoy the pool area as well as the golf cart that is included with the rental. When the pool area is lit up in the evenings, it is a thing of beauty! One of my personal favorite things about the property is the large garage. That is an extremely unique plus and is the chosen spot for me to store my pier cart, sand spikes and sand flea rake. The garage also has its own ice machine! I never had to buy the first bag of ice the entire eight days we were there...and I use a LOT of ice!! This was our third or fourth time staying here and we hope to return again as soon as possible! Johnna and John (the owners) are fantastic to work with and are so very nice and accommodating! Lord willing, we will be returning there shortly!!John D.

2nd time and still excellent

We stayed here in March with our 2,5, & 8 year old. My 70 year old mom who has a cane and our dog and it was perfect. Can’t beat a heated pool right outside your door, the golf cart and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to curl up with a book. Location is just a short drive or walk to the beach and not as crowded as other places along 30a. We plan to be back again soon!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home had lots of amenities, more than we actually used. Close proximity to the beach - a quick 2 min golf cart ride. The pool was nice which we used a couple of times. Love the quietness of the neighborhood, enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch listening to the birds singing. At night you could hear the beach waves in the distance. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain bakery nearby, plus a short drive to other restaurants. Loved that the property is pet friendly as we were able to bring our two small dogs along for a quick vacation. If we decide to visit the area again and not stay directly on the beach, we will consider this property again.

This property was beautifully decorated. loved this property. Beds are the best Ive slept in away from my home. Oitdoor area was perfect and cozy. Kids had tons to do on property so we didn't have to stay gone to keep the entertained. Pool is clean and beautifully lit at night. Owners are sweet and easy to work with. Cannot say enough great things about this place! This is our second year in a row renting this home for vacation and it is just as amazing as the first! The house is immaculate and the backyard space is absolutely perfect; it is a little piece of paradise. We had a great time on our family vacation! The home was clean and the pool was a great addition to our vacation. Even though we had very bad weather, the home was a perfect vacation for our family.
