Fantastic location!
The location of this condo could not be any better. Steps from the beach club and a nice view of the square. Only complaint (minor) is that the electronics need to be updated (doesn't have a true SmartTV) and should come with a little extra toiletries (few extra rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). With that said, we'd definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place steps from the beach
My family and I had a wonderful time in this place. It was spacious, very clean with all of the amenities including bikes and beach toys. The location is spot on where you can do a pool day, beach day, food, shopping, kayaking, a workout all within walking distance. It was perfect. With two teenagers we kept ourselves busy for a week!

Watercolor Vacation
This was our 5th time staying at Watercolor but we've always stayed at the Watercolor Inn and only for a few days. We decided to stay a week and wanted a property close to the beach club. This location was great for my wife and I and our adult daughter to get some R&R and be really close to the Beach Club, pool and beach access. If you don't mind climbing stairs then this a great spot. It's close enough to walk back to for lunch and close enough to Seaside to walk to dinner if you like. The interior was well equipped and very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay in this property again, no question.

We really enjoyed our time here! Location was great for our crew, didn’t like the stairs but couldn’t beat location. Minor wishes, for example that there was a couch not just a love seat. But overall met our needs well.

Best Beach Stay
We enjoyed the location across from the Water Color Inn resort and pools. With the armbands, The Beach Access and views were easy to get to. We enjoyed sitting out on the balconies when resting at the condo. The location is hard to beat.

Location!
This was the perfect location for my husband and I and my 16 year old daughter and friend. Although we were not expecting a 8 o'clock curfew for them on vacation. They went to get icecream at 8 p.m. across the street and the were bothered by someone reminding them of curfew. That is excessive.

In the heart of watercolor

Perfect location for a week in Watercolor
This was our second visit to Seaside, and first within Watercolor and so close to the beach. The Watercolor amenities are terrific, we loved the Beach Club, pools and staff. The property at which we stayed was perfect. Clean, convenient, nice view, easy access to much within Watercolor and Seaside. Our Dune Rentals property manager was attentive to the few questions we had, and our stay was nothing short of perfect. Would definitely recommend.

First time 30 A Vacationers
This condo was excellent in location to beach access, and 30-A amenities. We flew in very late so when we arrived it is was dark. It being our first time to this location, it was very difficult to figure out where this condo was located. I suggest arriving during the day if you are a first timer to 30-A and this location. The condo had some bugs, and shower heads were horrible but overall it was still nice and clean. We would stay again at this condo. It is walking distance from everything!

Watercolor
Property is accurately described in the listing and is a great location just inside watercolor off of 39a. Managers were responsive and accommodating. It is on the second floor but I was not able to find an elevator. This wasn’t a big deal for us but maybe for others. Parking could be tough during busy times. Overall very good!

A great week in Watercolor
My husband and our 2 daughters, ages 8 and 6, stayed at this condo for a week in June. We loved the decor, the balconies and the view of the water from the third floor. It was the perfect space for a family of 4. We also loved how close we were to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was some noise from the beach club renovation but was mostly during the day when we were out of the condo. It was worth it for how close we were to everything. We definitely look forward to coming back to this condo again next summer.

Dune was best rental company so far. Answered questions & quick response. Will use Dune again
Very comfortable & Great location! Needs more cookware, knives, & cooking utensils. Could not even find a knife to cut up fruit. No plastic cups for kids, only glass. Also needs extra towels.. But other than that a good place to stay, very clean, comfy beds, & you can’t beat the location! Walk right out to beach club & beach access.
