This residence welcomes you with stunning wrap-around porches and balconies that are the perfect space to relax or enjoy a good meal at one of the many outdoor seating areas. The first floor of this home treats you to 3 bedrooms and a sitting room with private access to the wrap-around patio. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, access to the wrap-around porch, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king sized bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed plus two twin over twin bunks, access to the wrap-around porch, and a private bathroom. You will find a cozy sitting room with a tv, and a laundry room with two washers and dryers on this floor as well.

The second floor of the home features a gourmet kitchen with a spacious center island that is perfect for preparing family meals. There is bar stool seating for three guests and the stylish dining table offers seating for 8 guests. The open concept second floors allows for ample space for everyone to spread out while all still feeling connected. The front balcony offers additional seating for relaxing and a table for dining. There is a half bathroom off of the kitchen. The master bedroom is located on this floor as well. The master treats you to private access to the balcony, a king sized bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The third floor offers a tv room with comfortable seating and bunk beds. There is access to the tower on the third floor that provides breathtaking views of the community of Watercolor! The carriage house is detached from the main house. The carriage house features a private bathroom, king sized bed, and a small kitchenette for guest needing a little bit of privacy.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- 14 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
