Ideaal gelegen boven het Cerulean Park van WaterColor en slechts een blok ten noorden van de parelwitte oevers van de ongerepte Emerald Coast, is dit opnieuw gedecoreerde condominium zowel casual als chic. Gasten bevinden zich op slechts 300 stappen (. 15 mijl) afstand van de WaterColor Inn and Resort. Het charmante stadje Seaside, bekend om zijn kitscherige woningen, outdoor film en concert evenementen, chique boetieks en diverse restaurants, is slechts een fiets rijden.

Het appartement biedt een ruime koning slaapkamer en een bubbelbad, samen met een koningin slaapkamer en complete badkamer (evenals een stapelbare wasmachine en droger eenheid). De bijgewerkte leefruimte heeft een comfortabele tweepersoons slaapbank en een 50-inch televisie. Openend naar een veranda met uitzicht op de vijver en het park, dineren onder de sterren. De volledig ingerichte keuken maakt het vermaken gemakkelijk met een elektrische wijnopener. Een lokale 30A-kunstenaar bewerkte de zinken tafeltafels.

Park Place met zijn nieuwe look, maar dezelfde unieke locatie biedt eindeloze eetgelegenheden en recreatie mogelijkheden. Of je nu een romantisch uitje wilt plannen voor twee of een paar dagen familieplezier, we nodigen je uit om deze luxueuze, maar eenvoudige levensstijl langs de kust te verkennen voor je volgende vakantie.

Great Watercolor Condo

Overall great property and good setup for a family or two couples. Location is great for beach club and 30A. Master bathroom is disappointing, needs updating but do-able for a stay. Has all you need for a beach vacation. Elevator in building is a great bonus.

Family Fun

Salty Escape was a much needed getaway. The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location to enjoy Camp Watercolor plus all the other amenities. Nicole the owner was helpful and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Salty Escape for the win!

The condo is very clean & in a great location. The only drawback is the noise you hear from upstairs neighbors. Not a deal breaker for us but you will hear every footstep.

Middle floor of a three story building. Heard heavy loud walking/footsteps from occupied unit above throughout our stay. I read about it in another review but didn’t really think too much about it until we experienced the same thing. Beautiful unit, great location and experienced host.

Park Place

Our stay at Park Place was wonderful and we intend to book on our next trip to 30A! The condo is spacious for multiple families and has a nice full kitchen and dining room for entertaining. The outdoor patios (one screened-in) were a major hit with our family. The unit is very convenient to multiple pools, the beach, and many different restaurants. Seaside is a short stroll (~10mins) and a nice place for families in the evenings. We hardly noticed any noise above as mentioned in other reviews and felt that it was no different than other units we have stayed in. Park Place certainly added to the enjoyment of our trip and the communication from management was timely and informative.

Great experience

Property just as described. However, golf carts were a problem in parking area for condo. It should be made clear in description how many parking spaces a unit is allowed. If you are allowed 2 spaces, a golf counts as one of them. Several renters came with 2 cars and then rented a golf cart and parked it in the lot. Once I parked, I was afraid to leave in my car because several times there were no spaces open when I returned. There are 6 units in this building and only room for 8 vehicles. My party had 2 car passes. Do the math. Other than the parking situation, my stay was extremely good. Great location! Will be renting again.

Fabulous location......

We enjoyed staying here. The location is fabulous. We loved sitting out on the porch and overlooking the park in the morning. It was clean and nicely decorated. That said, the reviews did state that you could hear the tenants above and we really did. That was very true. There were kids above us and the noise was pretty bad at times. There was not a hose to wash your feet at the one beach walkover to the left of the inn. It would be nice for the homeowners to install a wash up spot before you go into your unit. It would help. I didn't particularly care for the stovetop. Just my preference and it seemed like even with the exhaust fan on the kitchen would get very smokey. Again, this is a very nice unit. Just be aware of the noise above you.

The Watercolor property was lovely and was the perfect location for the wedding and festivities we were attending. There were only two small pillows on the master bed and I got my husband who was coming the next day to bring pillows from home . Also there needs to be an additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Great service and lovely facilities.

Great location overlooking the park and a five minute walk to either the beach or the trail system. I was concerned there may be some road noise from 30a, but couldn’t hear any inside. You will hear your neighbors in the condo above, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The condo has been beautifully updated and all the furniture is decent quality. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped with good quality appliances. We loved the balcony and the screened in porch!The management company was very easy to deal with and was very responsive.

November 2020 Stay

We’ve stayed in this unit several times and love it - the location can’t be beat! A few items need attention - the coffee pot doesn’t work, real coffee mugs for coffee drinkers instead of the tiny ones that are here, the A/C unit didn’t seem to be working correctly- the fan ran continuously but never seemed to actually cool, and the fridge doesn’t seem to be cooling the lower shelves. Besides those minor things the trip was perfect- thank you! We’ll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Watercolor and first time using VRBO/Oversee. We have always stayed in resorts or hotels. The property was great! It was nicer than the pictures. The location was also great and the amenities in the area along with the beach club were are all first class. Unfortunately we were there a week it decided to rain steady starting our first day there, for 5 days straight, and over 25".... I know the weather is out of anyone's control on vacation, as it has happened to us before. The main difference staying in this property vs a resort or hotel, is that after 3 days of solid rain with more predicted for the next several days, and not being able to use the beach, the facilities, or even go to shops and eat out since most of the shops and restaurants were all closed, we finally decided to leave early. Had we been in a hotel we could have simply checked out early. In this case we had already paid for the entire week as required by the property management company. I asked that they contact the property owners to see if we could at least get a credit of some type for the hundreds of dollars for the 2 unused nights which we had prepaid, to use at a future date, as we would most definitely want to return, as we were very happy with the property and location. The answer was a simple; yes, this was probably the worst weather ever in the area, but no we will not provide any consideration for your loss. I asked the management company if they would contact the property owners on this decision, and the answer was simply; no, we make those decisions for them.I would suggest that before you consider renting a property through this company rather than a hotel, you consider that you could lose hundreds of dollars if there is any interruption in your trip for any reason, as they apparently consider no reasons acceptable for providing any kind of allowance.
