Genesteld in Santa Rosa Beach, geniet van een romantisch toevluchtsoord of een leuk uitje met het gezin. De perfecte locatie die u in het midden van alles wat 30A te bieden heeft, inclusief de mooiste stranden aan de Gulf Coast, plaatst.

Dit appartement met 1 slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping van Rollin Tide Villas heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het verwarmde zwembad en het weelderige landschap. Een korte wandeling brengt u naar gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand.

Dit gezellige appartement biedt comfort en privacy voor alle gasten. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een woonkamer met een flatscreen-tv en gratis WiFi. Een queensize bed, een queensize uitschuifbaar bed en een ingebouwd dagbed zorgen voor twee tot vijf gasten.

De omliggende omgeving is ideaal voor kinderen en volwassenen om te wandelen, spelen of fietsen in een mooie en veilige omgeving. Geniet van zonnebaden, zwemmen, surfen en een zandkasteel bouwen. Slechts een korte wandeling van anderhalve mijl of fietstocht met behulp van de verharde fietspaden brengt u naar het nabijgelegen beroemde dorp aan zee. Ervaar geweldig eten, uniek winkelen, GRATIS openluchtconcerten, familiefilms buiten, wijnfestivals, unieke kunstfestivals, live theater, kunstgalerijen, kunst- en ambachtshows, antieke autoshows en goede oude optochten in de stad. Zonsondergang overal op 30A is een must.

Bovendien staan we bekend om vissen, dineren, golfen, tennis, varen, skiën en unieke lokale winkels of het enorme outlet winkelcentrum in Sandestin (20 minuten). Het is absoluut een van de mooiste en meest ontspannen plekken ter wereld. Als u een beetje meer inspannende activiteit wenst, spring dan in de auto en maak een korte rit naar Panama City of Destin voor de themaparken, waterparken en andere attracties. Met andere woorden, wat uw interesses en verlangens ook zijn, alles voor uw beste vakantie ooit is hier!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Great condo, small but the furniture and updated decor made it enjoyable. Stayed 2 nights and needed more toilet paper and paper towels because we cooked and utilized the kitchen often. coffee filters provided for the coffee we brought. by the way NO COFFEE SHOPS open before 7 am so I was happy to enjoy coffee on the balcony

Didn’t get the door code as it was blank in the access instructions. Contacted the management company but it was high volume time and couldn’t get anyone right away. Finally able to get in about 15 minutes after check in time. Otherwise nice stay. Quick walk to the beach. Great food nearby! Could use cooking oil for guests.

Aside from some cleaning issues that were mentioned to management, we enjoyed our stay. I never received a call back after notifying management on day 2 of our 5day stay, but we cleaned the areas I mentioned to the female on the phone. 5 people would definitely be cramped but do-able. We are familiar with the location so walking & biking to Seagrove is convenient. Overall a decent place to stay when you’re trying not to spend an outrageous amount to be directly on the beach.

We loved staying in this location if you’re looking for a non-beachfront property. The beach access was a quick walk from the property. However, once on the beach a large portion in front of the public access was privately owned. Had to walked down the beach about 50-60 yds to reach an area we were allowed to use. No complaints about the property except the pool did not feel heated as described in the booking information. Great deal for the listed prices.

Benchmark was helpful and very attentive to my needs. Being able to bring my dog made the whole stay perfect.

It was tracking along our entire drive north to Ohio and we were concerned about driving in torrential rain, flooding and power loss that could impact us getting home safe.

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our stay very much. The management was very easy to talk to, and very prompt on answering any questions and deal with . This was our first VRBO experience and I have to say we picked the right spot in the right place. We stayed for a month and had a great time and would recommend you to anybody who is wishing to come . The rental was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The noise with the cupboards from the renter next-door could get loud at times but overall we had a great stay. Management was very on spot with the details to everything we needed prior to coming while we were there and as we were leaving. We were in walking distance to most things or a short drive to shops, eateries, beach etc . It was nice to sit out on the balcony and read a book and the pool area was very nice and relaxing to enjoy the sunshine. Thanks again for letting us stay at your Vrbo. The Bauers

We found the unit exactly as described and were able to enjoy spring break due to having everything we needed in this little gem. The location is convenient to the beach and local restaurants, and far enough off the road that the noise from spring breakers wasn't even noticed. We did have a little ant issue that was easily remedied with some spray that was found under the sink. We also accidentally left behind a few clothing items that we'd like to retrieve, yet the process to get those back has not been an easy one. The pool says heated but it wasn't on, so many of the vacationers were complaining since the weather was so cool and couldn't provide any heat. Overall, I'd stay there again and was happy with the spot.

We booked a rental at the Rolling Tides condos A-1 bottom floor, and it was nice, a tiny bit dusty but still very satisfied with our 12 day stay. Then we moved to a small house a 1/2 block away and “that property was managed by VACASA, OMG that property was a total mistake for us, we battled fleas, and spent 15 days of our 30 day stay riding them from the place and our dog! It took me 4 hours to remove the dirt and dust before unpacking as the moment we walked in I had a sore throat from the smell and unbearable amount of dust “especially under the beds”!!! Now, let’s get to good Brother and his wife wanted to visit this area for 3 nights so we booked with Benchmark for this lovely property at The Rolling Tides C-7 which was upstairs facing west over the pool...OMG...this place was spotless and even I couldn’t find anything that needed cleaning 😍...it was beautifully decorated and since it faced west, they had a bit of lovely sunshine in the afternoon “which felt wonderful on a February day”... the only reason my Husband and I didn’t book that property was that it didn’t have a King bed!! But if we ever go back to that area...I would definitely stay there even if I had to sleep on the pull out. Benchmark property management team deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review!!
