Seaspray 7bed7,5B zwembad, dock, uitzicht op de Golf / meer / strand

Dit is een zeer populaire verhuur woning gelegen in de zuidoostelijke hoek van Grayton Beach. Uitzicht vanaf de grote Oost buitenkant veranda's is van onze eigen zwembad, een eigen steiger aan het meer, en Grayton Beach State Park. Uitzicht vanaf het westen grote veranda's omvat de Golf van Mexico en het strand. Slechts 150 meter naar de beroemde Red Bar Resturant en het nieuwe Chiringo Resturant. Recente verbeteringen zijn een nieuw dok, een nieuw zwembad weer op de voorgrond, nieuwe Frontgate-zwembadstoelen, tankloze warmwaterboilers, nieuwe achterdek meubels, nieuwe kookplaat, nieuwe externe leuningen en nieuwe buitenverf. Dit prachtige huis is perfect voor grote gezinnen of reünies. Bereid je voor op een parenreis met 6 slaapkamers met minstens een kingsize bed. Vele speciale functies, zoals: 3 master suites met jacuzzi, speelzaal met Tafelvoetbal en ping pong, 2 koelkasten, 2 vaatwassers en ook 2 wasmachine / droger, TV's / DVD's in elke kamer, zijn er ook 3 stereo-installaties in de woning. Slechts 50 ft aan de toegang van het publiek en 100 yards naar de rand van het water. Kiddy zwembad (7x7) en grote (32x19) zwembad voor de volwassenen. Dit zwembad kan ook worden verwarmd in de winter voor extra kosten. House heeft Keurig 2. 0. High speed internet! Flatscreen-tv's door. Zaterdag tot zaterdag huren. Parkeren voor 8 auto's. Bij elke wekelijkse reservering via Grayton Coast Rentals ontvangt u een gratis 'Beach Gear'-tegoed van $ 280.

We came here for my bachelorette, and working with Mr. Cole... he made everything so effortless and enjoyable for us. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was more than worthwhile. The house was extraordinary, fitting 16 people so comfortably. We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience with Seaspray, and every single one of my bridesmaids on the trip would agree. We will 100% be returning!!!!!!!!

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.

Half of the outlets don’t work, big hole in a door, exterior doors won’t open and close easily etc. overall great house— just thinking that for the price (almost 10 thousand dollars for a week) they’d pay a little extra attention and do things like at least put one roll of TP in each bathroom to start with. We were also there during a major hurricane and didn’t hear a word from the management company asking if we were staying, leaving, okay etc. a house 2 doors down had the doors blown open and the same management company manages it— two days after we called to let them know the third floor doors were STILL open.. they didn’t seem overly concerned but did care enough to have signs posted all over the house about what they would charge you for if damaged. Not very welcoming or relaxing.
