    Gebouw # 11 in Beachside Villas. Eerste verdieping appartement met goede toegang en handig om naar het strand te gaan. Ons appartement is een van de beste waarden in het complex, en in het hele Seagrove, Santa Rosa en Seaside Beach gebied!

    Onze eerste verdieping appartement is een comfortabele ca. 836 vierkante voet groot en is onlangs smaakvol bijgewerkt. Het is goed onderhouden, mooi ingericht, licht, schoon en vrolijk.

    Het appartement heeft twee slaapkamers, een master suite met een kingsize bed en een tweede slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden. De woonkamer en elk van de slaapkamers hebben flat-panel tv's met HD-kabelservice. De woonkamer heeft een dvd-speler.

    Huur fietsen, lig bij het zwembad of op het strand, speel tennis, geniet van winkelen in de unieke lokale winkels en restaurants, of vegetarisch in het appartement.

    Niet roken en geen huisdieren in de flat, alstublieft.

The location was perfect. A short stroll to the beach as well as so many restaurants and coffee shops close by. The condo was incredibly clean and comfortable at night. Perfect getaway for the girls weekend we had.

Great location. Within a quick walk to the beach and eastern lake. My son loves skim boarding in eastern lake before it connected to the ocean. We loved our stay.

Lovely condo with a short walk to the beach! We were also able to rent bikes on property and had a great time exploring the neighborhood. Very close to many restaurants and attractions.

Condo was perfect for 4 adults. Beach chairs and beach equipment were a nice addition, close walk to the beach!We walked to Old Florida Fish House for dinner and Buddy's seafood market another day for fresh shrimp for dinner. Would def recommend:)

The location of the property is perfect! Close to everything but not crowded like other areas on 30A. The condo is lovely, it has everything you need.

Thanksgiving Stay

Host-Samantha, was very sweet and understanding when we had an unpredictable situation arise. Thankfully everything worked out and we had a very relaxing stay. Summer’s Shell was a great place, very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Also it was a very short walk to the beach!

We enjoyed this place and had a great time exploring the area on our e-bikes. We had everything we needed during our stay and the owner was quick to respond to my texts. You can tell that the owner put thought into what renters would need and she provides it all. The king bed was comfy. The place was very clean.We won't likely return to the area, but I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

We love this area and this was our favorite condo we have stayed at in the complex. The living was spacious. Communication with Samantha was prompt, accommodating and hospitable!

great location for the beach

We loved our stay at the condo! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family of 4. It was great being just a short walk to the beach. And having the beach umbrellas, the cart to carry them, and the backpack folding chairs all provided was huge. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Grandparent/Grandchildren Annual Trip

We drove from Oklahoma and we were in awe of this friendly property so close to all amenities and the beautiful beach! The property manager went above and beyond with our needs. So clean and lacks nothing!

Best Condo in Seagrove Beach!

We had a great time on the gulf, and we are convinced this area is superior to any other ..the condo was amazing, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was here, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops all easy to get to and convenient! Especially appreciated the host’s recommendation on places of interest and fantastic places to eat (don’t miss Hurricane Oyster Bar and Grill), reasonable prices and amazing Happy Hour! We totally enjoyed our stay and would come back to this same property, and this breathtaking beach! Thank you for a great experience!
