Upon entering this amazing residence, you will find the open floor plan offers spectacular gulf views. The kitchen is a Chef's dream with top-of-the-line appliances. All equipment and utensils are in place to prepare a family feast after the perfect day at the beach. The dining area features seating for 8. Perfect for family time, the living area features a 65” flat-screen tv, and a queen sofa sleeper – it’s the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun!

The primary suite features a king bed, and a 55” flat-screen television, looks out to the outdoor living space and offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, and has access to the outdoor living space from the sliding door. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both feature a queen bed and a 40” television. Bedroom 4 is perfect for kids and features a twin bunk bed and 32” flat screen television. All guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

The outdoor living space is just as fabulous as the interior of Sunset Bungalow on 30A. Enjoy the spectacular beach views, listen to the waves, and relax in one of the lounge chairs or escape to the beach – just steps from the property! The front porch overlooks Allen Lake and is a great location to enjoy your morning coffee. The property features a gas grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day or your favorite steaks.
