"Cabana 411" is gelegen in het hart van Gulf Place op 30A met een prachtig uitzicht op het suikerwitte strand vanaf het balkon. Gulf Place is een trendy, pittoresk stadje op de stranden van 30A met eclectische boetiekjes, kunstgaleries, familiebedrijf winkels, bistro's, een Pilates studio, apotheek, en outdoor groene ruimte voor entertainment. Deze huur is inclusief het gebruik van alle drie de Gulf Place zwembaden en hot tubs, tennisbanen, wandelpaden, en toegang tot het strand. Plan om de nabijgelegen steden van Seaside, aquarel, Grayton, Watersound en Rosemary te bezoeken! Dit een slaapkamer appartement is stoutmoedig ontworpen in hip 'South Beach' decor met levendige kleuren en stijlvol meubilair geïmporteerd. De woonkamer biedt comfortabele stoelen, een grote flat-panel HDTV, gratis WIFI, en toegang tot een eigen balkon via openslaande deuren. Het balkon is voorzien van een terras en geweldig uitzicht op het strand en de bruisende Gulf Place. Er is een volledig ingerichte keuken met alles wat nodig is voor te bereiden en serveren maaltijden, snacks en drankjes. Met een queen size bed en sleeper stoelen die uit te vouwen tot een queen size bed, er is genoeg ruimte voor maximaal vier gasten. De gastenbadkamer beschikt over een volledige ijdelheid en een bad / douche-combinatie. Er is een wasruimte in het Gulf Place Cabana Building voor uw gebruik.

Let me start by saying the beaches and scenery of Santa Rosa are beautiful. As far as the condo I rented let's just say the furniture in this place was terrible. Plastic bar stools that woobled a hard as a rock futon that was placed on the floor, and an old black futon that when you sat on it had a bump in the middle so we could not sit together. The description said the furniture was new it was not. This place is more suitable for perhaps colleged aged kids definitely not for the mature. Plastic glasses we went to Walmart and bought some wine glasses and cups. The floors were clean however there was dust around the nightstands and mirrors we just cleaned it ourselves. All in all even though the rental was a bit of a disappointment the trip was nice. Food options were great we are at the Donut Hole for breakfast and lunch a few times loved it. Ambrosia for Diner was fabulous and we had the best Thai food at Thai on 30A. Fat Daddy's pizza was pretty good also. We will not return to Gulf place

The apartment is small, with old furniture. The bed is extremely small, and the two small sofas are not suitable for sleeping. It is really only for 2 people. The windows and balcony face the street, so there is a lot of noise from cars starting at 4–5 AM, and in the evening as well from people walking and making noise.On the positive side, the beach is very close and can be seen from the balcony. There is also a kitchen where you can cook, and a few cafés downstairs. However, I would definitely not come back. Overall, from 10 points I would rate it 6-7!

Unit was fine. Uopn arrival we noticed there was no working internet. Furthermore the network info we were giving doesn't even appear on network scans, also the TV in the room was assigned to a completely different network than the network we were given. That is of little consequence because the internet never worked in that unit. Like a lot of people, vacation for me usually means a fair amount of work from home. Without any internet capabilities, this was not possible. I contacted property about this issue, i was told repeatedly that this was a local area outage. However, i spoke to many other tenants and local businesses owners, and no one i spoke to had any network related issues.

Beautiful view! Clean and decorated just like photo. Very convenient to everything we needed. Food around is wonderful! I highly recommended Shelby’s. It was a great weekend stay! We will come back again!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

This unit was just perfect for us. It was clean and so easy to get to. It is literally surrounded by so many great restaurants and many more within a very reasonable walking distance. We love the beach and couldn't have been happier with this location. It literally is right across from the beach. 1st time we went we used the access code for the walkway between the 2 buildings. The rest of our stay we just used the public beach access because it was just across the street. The unit itself is great. We loved the small balcony and the bed was super comfortable. Would would definitely stay again.

Great location, and easy check in. HVAC did not cool extremely well, and the place was not super clean upon arrival. Nothing to lodge a major complaint about but somethings should be addressed. Dishes needed to be washed prior to using due to stains, lipstick, etc. All ice trays were broken. But the place is in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay

A bit shy of expectations

On the positive side, this property was clean, well conceived interior design and in a perfect location. On the negative side, all food items we brought and put in the fridge froze solid overnight. On our final night we planned to cook a gourmet meal which we began about 7pm. About half way through cooking the meal all appliances in the kitchen went off (including the fridge). Likely a breaker somewhere tripped when we were using the stove top and microwave simultaneously. It took about an hour to finally reach someone who told us someone would come look at it the following morning since we were leaving then. Our half cooked food was unusable and we rushed to get a pizza before they closed at 9pm. I could certainly give you a good review if you might see fit to reimburse us a percentage of our cost for the unit as I think that only fair given the circumstances. Having had a background in electrical work it was obvious the breaker installed was inadequate to handle the load when all the devices were on simultaneously, a problem which should be addressed for the safety of others.

Terrible quality furniture and horrible customer experience.

Fourth floor of the facility had hallway window blinds unattached to the windows and laying on the floor for guest to trip over. As for the unit, the furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever had on 30a. I guess you need to be in your twenties and not spend any time in the room because the sofas were very low to the floor and hard to stand up from them if you are older. The windows were messed up and the topnparts wouldn't stay up long enough to latch the bottoms, so all of the road noise and people walking by kept us awake all night. I could go on for days. Secondly, I was scheduled to rent this unit earlier in the month and my mother passed away at the same time. The rental company wouldn't let me out of my contract. They said I could only reschedule to the week we used. Honestly wasn't in the best place mentally to enjoy our vacation. Horrible amenities and a horrible experience with the rental company. Never again will I use them and I will be leaving a Google review as well.

Very Clean unit, affordable and comfortable. Loved the shower and convenience to beach and eaterys. Only inconvenient thing was no ice maker and the tray’s provided leaked. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I just purchased some new ones on the next trip to Walmart as I can also use them at home so you may consider replacing the ones in the unit for future guest.

Although elevator area is in tremendous need of repair, the unit was updated and a wonderful experience. Shopping, excellent eateries, and and incredible location make this a stellar unit for rental.
