  • Verscholen in de wijk Turtle Ridge in WaterColor, biedt Rise and Shine het beste van twee werelden: een rustig hoekperceel op korte afstand van 30A en de bruisende stad Seaside.

    Natuurlijk licht vult de woonruimten van het huis door ramen en dwarsbalken die over de hele lengte van het huis lopen, waar de binnenruimte gemakkelijk naar buiten stroomt. De overdekte veranda rondom - een zijde afgeschermd met handige toegang tot de keuken - opent aan de voorkant van het huis naar een goed onderhouden groene ruimte, wandelpad en natuurpark.

    "Rise and Shine" biedt charme en detaillering aan de kust van het plattelandshuisje door zijn hardhouten vloeren en de verticale lamellende muren. Overdekt met licht, opent de derde verdieping in een prachtige torenruimte, uitgerust met een natte bar, ligbed, televisie en balkon met uitzicht op: een perfecte plek om op te kruipen, een middagdutje te nemen of jezelf te verliezen in een boek.

    "Rise and Shine" biedt 3 slaapkamers met en-suite badkamers en een 4e bad op het hoogste niveau. De master bedroom op de tweede verdieping kijkt uit op het groene park, bezaaid met bomen.

    Een ander groen, ontworpen in een perfecte cirkelvorm, zit achter het huis. Hoewel deze accommodatie heiligdom mogelijk maakt, beschikt het over een van de dichtstbijzijnde toegangspunten tot WaterColor Crossing, met kruidenwinkel Publix, Pizza by the Sea en een nieuw Perfect Pig Restaurant onderweg.

    Dragonfly Pool ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van Wisteria Way en biedt een buitengrillgebied. Alle andere WaterColor-voorzieningen zijn op de fiets te bereiken. Geniet van de natuurpaden die rond het Western Lake slingeren. Oversteken promenades over schilderachtige buurlandschappen. Breng 's avonds door met vrienden en familie in Seaside. Trek je daarna terug naar je rustige hoekje van WaterColor voor rust ... tot de volgende dag vol plezier op het strand.

    De WaterColor Resort Amenity Passes bieden toegang tot alle 6 Aquarel zwembaden, samen met toegang tot de beachclub, voor maximaal 10 personen!

    WaterColor-uitbreidingsupdate - De WaterColor Beach Club breidt uit met twee extra zwembaden, een restaurant met zitplaatsen binnen en buiten, een bar en nog veel meer. De Beach Club sluit, dinsdag na Labor Day (9/4/2018), waardoor het hele jaar door geen toegang meer is tot de zwembaden van Camp of Beach Club. Tijdens het bouwproces zijn nog steeds toegang tot het strand, huurstoelen, handdoekenservice en alternatieve eetgelegenheden en toiletten beschikbaar. De verwachte einddatum voor fase 1 van de Beach Club is Memorial Day 2019. Het onlangs opnieuw ontworpen Camp WaterColor, waarvan verwacht wordt dat het compleet is in het voorjaar van 2019, omvat 3 zwembaden, een lazy river river en eten en drinken. Tijdens de bouw werkt de HOA om ervoor te zorgen dat alle alternatieve communitybaden van WaterColor worden verwarmd tijdens de herfst- en winterseizoenen.

Thanksgiving 2022 at Rise and Shine

The house was perfect for our stay ,except the hot water was sporadic and the ice maker did not work. We had to report these problems a few times and the response was ok. These problems were the only damper for our stay. I don't know if we will use this service again.

Dissatisfied and cannot recommend

Property is dated (FFE needs to be replaced) and there are only 3 useable bedrooms. The 3rd floor bedroom doesn’t cool down and the balcony door doesn’t lock. It needs a minisplit to properly cool the space. Tankless water heater needs to be installed as it takes over 2.5 minutes for shower to heat up. Air quality needs to be addressed. The pillows and comforters were lumpy and super thin. No dressers to store your clothes while you are there. Once it is remodeled and a good interior designer is hired I think it would be a good place. Otherwise, it’s only suitable for a family of 4 or 5 and it’s priced way too high for that.

Reviewer Comments: I love leaving positive reviews but in this case, I just can’t.For starters the house was not clean, there was blood on the wall in master bath, as well as on the freezer door next to the opening for the ice machine. It was gross.Second, the listing is misleading. It’s advertised with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and in the guest room, however both beds are only a full size, making the largest bed in the house a full and not a queen or king that you would find in other rentals. And a full size master bed does not comfortably accommodate two adults.3rd. The kitchen was nonfunctional during our stay. The oven and the microwave were both kaput. Although the management company knew of this issue prior to our stay, they did not bother to notify us so that we could consider other accommodations. When I contacted the company about the issue, they stated they could refund 10% of the cost after the trip if the oven was not repaired in time, however this was another very misleading statement, as they only refunded 3% of the base rent, which was a mere $150. When someone is paying $4,100+ for a vacation rental house they expect the kitchen to be functional. Our tradition is to cook during family vacations, but unfortunately the issues with the appliances made this impossible. We found ourselves having sandwiches for every meal because of the nonfunctional kitchen, and because the restaurants were just too far to bike or walk to for every meal. The company did put a 2nd microwave and toaster oven in the house, however these makeshift appliances were dirty and took up the entire counter area, making it junky and crowded.Lastly, the last night there the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM for twenty-five minutes. I called the company, but just received an answering service. We had to wake up very early the next morning, needless to say, we did not receive a restful nights sleep. So yeah, this place is not what it could be.

We loved our little October getaway so much that we e tended our trip a couple of days. House is lovely. I didn’t realize that all bedrooms were upstairs and we were wishing for more of a master bedroom with a king bed. We made it work though and enjoyed our stay.

We called Benchmark several times since we have been home, and still no response. If you are wondering what all the one-star reviews are about? Trust them. We travel to 30A at least three times a year and have never had these issues with any other agency. Benchmark is a scam who cares nothing about the homes they manage or their clients. We asked Benchmark to reimburse us for the costs incurred due to the filthy and dangerous conditions in the home. We asked them to move us to a place with a king bed or reimburse us for FALSE ADVERTISING. They couldn't care less. It's been four weeks, and still no response.

We thought maybe they just missed some areas but upon further inspection the sheets had been changed and that was it. The floors were sandy, counters were dusty, bathrooms dirty, hair in drawers, porch was not cleaned off, most dishes had stuck on food and just about everything else that could be dirty was. They sent a second crew that cleaned the bathrooms and mopped downstairs but there was still another couple of hours of cleaning we did after.We called Benchmark and were told a supervisor would call us back. Mainly they were unaccommodating and did not have much on customer service. The first one complained to us how many houses they manage. The second one said there was nothing they could do. We then contacted the owners who copied Benchmark and we were told a manager would call us but we have still not heard back from them.The house is cute and in a good location. Unfortunately the mismanagement of the property overshadowed the potential of this property.

Dirtiest vacation we have had in Watercolor

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at checkin time, the house had not been cleaned. We thought maybe they just missed some areas but upon further inspection the sheets had been changed and that was it. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back in the future. The staff at the rental agency is very friendly and helpful!

It’s on a very quiet street in the back of the neighborhood, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. The grocery store and several restaurants are within a very short walking distance. Benchmark management was fantastic. We shipped our son’s fishing rod and they placed it inside our rental and it was waiting for us when we got there. (Thanks Lisa!) I would recommend Rise and Shine and would stay here again!

Nice home for beach vacation

This home was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed all of the amenities that Watercolor has to offer.
