'Good Breakfast, clean rooms. Used the washer and dryer but one had a strange powder in it and smelled like fish, told the staff, they said they would clean it but nothing yet.'

'It’s located in the middle of nowhere next to a bunch of hospitals. If you book through a 3rd party, the hotel charges you $10 a day for parking. It was 90 degrees outside and felt like 75 degrees in the hotel, and 80 with humidity in the hallway. Refrigerator didn’t work, all our food spoiled, the charging station near the bed didn’t fully function, can’t stream on TV without fire stick, did not use the pool or the fitness center so can’t comment on that. A/C worked like a shaker 1980s machine....

'Chair in my room was so dirty I covered it with towels and a sheet. Paint around the bath door is sticky. Safe did not work. Vinyl floor tile is buckling. Switches and outlet areas really dirty. Mattress needs to be thrown out. Coffee was great. Every one is nice, they deserve a better product to sell'

'For a Marriott property, this property was not a very good representation. Although the room was clean, the lobby and the hallways especially the carpets were very filthy. In addition, the place smelled like disinfectant combined with musty odor that reminded me of an old, neglected homecare facility! The breakfast offerings g was very scant so we skipped it everyday😕'

'Hotel was clean and quiet. Conveniently close to downtown Temecula, but not so close you have to deal with all the traffic and pedestrians. The first night we had a little hiccup....went to take a shower at night and there was no hot water. Front office was helpful and immediately switched our room because they couldn't get maintenance there until the next day. A little inconvenient, but no big deal. 'I was there with 2 of my daughter's close friends for a celebration of life for the 1 year anniversary of her passing. Charlene was very helpful and very sweet. She was very welcoming and enjoyed talking to her. Great customer service.'
