'The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. 'The outside yard and pool area was very nice. The grounds keepers were nice and attentive. The house on the other hand needs a remodel. The appliances are rusty or broken. The water pressure is almost stopped up. The is no hot water for showers. The floors look bad. Especially the shower.'

'The place was amazing. The drive in was a little intimidating because we drove in around 7 p.m. from the airport & the curves & up & down a mountain through us for a loop. We made it there though. When we woke up the next day; The view was so worth it. The mountains, the location, the drive well worth it. Everything was exactly as it was mentioned. They did everything to accommodate our stay. We had a 1 yr old with us, & these people went out there to make sure we had a baby seat to sit him to...
